以前技术不发达，资本家必须拼命压榨才能有利润。更人性化更民主的企业制度被实践
之后发现，一部分被激励的人多创造的财富不足以抵消另一部分怠工者少创作的财富，
因为劳动效率之间的差别并不大，而被激励的人少于怠工的人。
比如说一般工人的效率是100，特别优秀的可能是200，怠工的可能是50。这样只要被激
励的人少于怠工的人的一半的时候，资本家就会亏损。这样就意味着宁可不激励优秀的
那群，也要强制怠工的。
现在的技术工作，特别优秀的可能是1000或者10000，怠工的可能是0。The game has
changed. 只要被激励的人达到怠工的人的1/100就可以平衡了。

国模式，是一种可怕的骄傲。

如今的中国，从上到下都在谈“中国特色”、“中国模式”、“中国道路”。可事实上
，中国只是“发展型国家”俱乐部的一员，甚至也不是最成功的一员。如果我们不能从
“发展型国家”的角度来理解中国业已取得成就和目前面临的困难，中国的现代化或者
说是中华民族的伟大复兴都确实有可能因为陷入“中等收入陷阱”而夭折。
何谓“发展型国家”？
“发展型国家（developmental state）”由美国中国问题和日本问题专家查默斯·约
翰逊（Charlmers Johnson, 1931-2010）在他1982年的名著《通产省和日本奇迹》提出。
不过，“发展型国家”的知识脉络至少可以追溯到德国著名政治经济学家费里德里希·
