教这个同“马克思主义”一样不宜准确定义的概念加以必要的澄清。众所周知，基督教
内门户林立，对基督教义的解释可谓众说纷纭，莫衷一是，相互抨击对方不是基督教的
情形比比皆是。为了不伤基督徒之间的和气，笔者认为只要敬拜《圣经》中的上帝，（
承认耶稣基督为主，愿意遵行耶稣教导并自称基督徒的人都属于主内的兄弟姐妹吧。只
是这样的限定仅仅是个开始，远远没有结束，因为接下来的问题是，您是自由派基督徒
，还是保守派基督徒？不要小看了这个问题，因为这一分野决定了对基督教的本质认识
，也是造成使基督教概念混乱的根本原因。如果在这个问题上稀里糊涂，那么再多的讨
论都无济于事。因为读者只要问一句，你所谓基督教是指自由派的基督教呢，还是保守
派的基督教？因为根据不同的回答，结论可能相差十万八千里。
只是自由派还能代表基督教吗？基督徒中既然不乏自由派，自然就有自己的神学观点，
而不是像被保守派所指控的那样，只是世俗人文主义和无神论的追随者。这个命题应该

说实话，一个烂点子，Execute的好，大不了就是忽悠个买家，骗几亿钱花。比如HP被
忽悠的买了那个Autonomy，后来要writedown 80多个亿的loss，摆明了是被骗了。而一
个好点子，如果不能execute好，很快就会被excution能力更强的抄走，做的比你更好。
这就是为什么创业成功的人，可以不停的创新公司赚钱，因为这些人有人脉，有
Execution的能力，什么破烂公司放到他手里都可以成功，不管是真正有价值圈到钱还
是偏到钱。比如做特斯拉的那个家伙，最开始是搞Zip2、Paypal锻炼出了这个能力，后
来搞了特斯拉、SpaceX，现在又不知道在搞什么新东西。
现在这个都是产业链了。硅谷里面有专门的人干这个，你有个点子，而且你也有技术能
力，就可以找Investor做Elevator Pitch。如果人家看好你，一般就会投钱，而且帮你
找个有execution能力的人做CEO，你去做CTO或者是CFO，你们俩就是Co-founder。这样
投资人安插了一个人在你这里，他也更放心。到时候要是做得好，Series A, B, C...

Most hospitals will feel honored if their residency programs are supported
by NIH. The federal salary guideline is everywhere.
Of course, hospitals have the autonomy to pay residents more. Just like, you
can pay more to your postdoc, much higher than the guidelines.
But, most people just follow the guidelines, especially MDs. |

I'd say that in the first few years skill set development is more important. Once you experience more cases, become an expert and gain a good reputation, it's easier to switch job/relocate later.
If want to settle down, good working environment, autonomy，lifestyle,

从哪里来的问题。没有合格的医疗人才就不可能有医生社会地位和收入的提高。中国整
体医疗水平低下是一个世界范围内没有争议的问题。而这一问题又和高等医学教育，住
院医生培训体制和学位制度息息相关。这也导致了对外国医生准入门栏极低（甚至没有
语言关），和美国形成了鲜明对比。
