一个是用pearl barley煮水加点儿柠檬和蜂蜜，代替咖啡，抗疲劳。剩下的pearl
barley 别扔，当主食吃掉。另外一期里提到这东西比brown rice还适合减肥（好像是
，记不太清楚了，我都是一边儿忙别的一边儿看，都看的断断续续的，但是印象中是
pearl barley，然后是brown rice，最后是white rice。）
这一期是pearl barley代替那些精细碳水，有助于减belly fat。belly fat还和stree
有关系。
精细碳水容易让人更紧张更容易饥饿，用anti-inflammatory foods，如barley,
buckwheat and amaranth代替白米白面。 |

大家想想：得要什么样的嫌疑人才能够让北京公安不能公布嫌疑人名单和查案文档？
这其实就是一起非常普通的刑事案，有什么国家机密在里面让公安含糊其辞，不能公布
案情？
任何有脑子的人都应该明白这个案件是“水很深”，而不是案情复杂。
如果只是非常复杂的案情，公安不能破案，至少能够如实公布证据说不能确定真凶，而
不是草草结案，甚至连受害人家属也不能知道案件的侦查情况。
我不知道谁是真凶，可是我坚信两点：
1. 朱令是被人下了毒。
2. 这个案件应该有重见天日的那一天。
晚清奇案之“杨乃武与小白菜”最后也不是破了嘛！多少官员撤职，收监，处斩。
天朝诸君若是连“腐朽昏聩”的晚清当局也不如，还奢谈什么“中国梦”。
所谓习鉴不远，在清之后世。
对她这样聪明美丽的女子，凶手要有什么样邪恶的心肠才能够试图毒杀她，而且在投毒
20年后还不能悔悟。

仓颉造字篇
当一个东西伴随我们成长，我们就会习惯它的存在，它的一切都变得想当然。汉字
对我来说，正是如此，直到有一天刚开始学写汉字孩子问我：
• “为什么“水”是由三条水纹形成的，而不是一条或者两条水纹？而冰为
什么是两点水？”
• “为什么“山”不是一个金字塔形，或者馒头形状，而是上方有三条竖线
？“
• “为什么“目”是竖着的，而不是象眼睛一样横着的？”
• “为什么“牛”和“羊”外形轮廓大致相似——两角四脚，但是“牛”和
“羊”的写法却很不相同？”
我用最粗略的方式告诉他们：汉字原本是民间散乱的象形图画汇合，然后改进演化
而成的。言下之意，没有“为什么？”孩子显然没有认为我回答了他们的问题，但是也
没有再寻根究底。
我有些忐忑不安，因为对孩子问题的敷衍了事。于是我就给他们介绍了仓颉造字的神话

早中晚三顿，都是在公司吃的。 自己试着用loseit track了一下热量，总体比较往高
算。 加上snack总共1500卡了，但是因为做了两小时左右运动，昨天又跑了步， 还是

（比）和“诗人情思”（兴）怎样悱恻缠结，我理解的是要点总之是不说破。比如，朱
译：
“大麦俯身偃，/海滨有低地。/巨风动地来，/放歌殊未已。
大麦俯身偃，/既偃且复起。/颠仆不能折，/昂扬伤痛里。
我生也柔弱，/日夜逝如此。/直把千古愁，/化作临风曲。”
前两节“比”迟迟不见诗人本人，第三节“兴”起，诗人才姗姗登场。如此悬疑铺垫，
到诗人登场时，barley和诗人（我）已经水乳交融，我即是大麦，大麦既是我，水到渠
成。然而我和大麦到底什么关联，从头至尾始终不曾点破。好似一张弓拉到最满，箭在
弦上却终是不发！
相比之下，郭译开篇“像大麦那样”，原作“Like barley bending”，一个“像”，
一个“Like”，已经点破。
比兴外，朱译半文半白的用词我倒是有点不适应，读几遍后觉得“大麦”有些鸡立鹤群
。虽然千古愁，临风曲等也算很很通俗的词，总没有“大麦”在句首这么抢镜。夫子说
学诗可以多识鸟兽草木之名，我这样既不学诗，词汇量小，又四体不勤的就真的五谷不
