finish过的多要几万,所以你可能已经便宜了.房屋检查人的意思就是你在将这个房子和
周围的房子比较价格的时候要考虑到这个因素.
简单的说,如果就你一个人出价,你不需要任何理由,就给个多少的折扣;有多人出价的话
,你提这种理由,分分钟就把你的offer扔废纸篓了.

以装的。basement本身一堆水管，随便找条一分二就行了。找个general contractor就

fisished daylight basement，有质量较好的除湿机。老人觉得地下室夏天这会儿比较
凉爽，自己有自己完全的空间，半夜倒时差还可以起来看看电视，吃点东西什么的，很
是自由不怕打扰到小小孩和上班的大人。
但是不知道久住地下室会不会对身体有问题，比如关节炎啥的？老人是很想去住，每天
念经似的讲n遍，不过为了保险起见还是问问先。谢谢！ |

由于RADON的原因，没有WALK-OUT 的BASEMENT或者是WALK-UP 的BASEMENT，不建议做长

老公看中一套房（房1，5 bedroom，第二层4 bedroom，第一层还有1 bedroom），60万
左右，还算大而且新装修的还算漂亮，区也还成，可是没有地下室。
另一套房（房2,4 bedroom），第一层比房1的一层大概小40平米，第二层也是4个卧室
，跟房1的第二层差不多大。有地下室，年份比房1新4年。要价也在60万左右，但是比
房1便宜1万元。
他很想买房1，我想买房2。两房估计都有人抢。
我买房一定要有地下室，虽然这边有龙卷风的次数不多，级数也不大，可是我觉得还是
有备无患。至少去年的sandy也让人挺害怕的。
我们要尽快出手，现在两人僵持不下，想请问大家的经验：
有无basement到底各自有什么优缺点？
