力量增长显著,厚度也有长进。
由于期间在国内三个星期,没有完全按照原定一周4练得计划,但基本上尽量保证一周
两次胸,1次腿。背部在胸部训练结束后做,只作引体和12RM左右的划船,没有用大重
量。腿部训练日只作深蹲和硬拉,6RM重量各3组。以下是训练日记:
初始1RM bench = 250lb
第一周:12/13 , bench 175lb 5*10, 1.5min break, DB bench fly 40lb 8*3, 下
拉 180lb 9/6/6, 坐姿划船 180lb 6, 150lb 9 *2, EZ bar curl 80lb 9, tricep
extension 100lb 8, 80lb 14
12/17, bench 205lb 3*5, 2*4 , 1 , 1.5min break pull up 5*6, 4*4 , narrow
grip bench 165lb 7, 135lb 12

Yamaha B3 $4500 30” bench, w/ storage, w/o adjustment;
U1 $6000; U3 $8200; GB1K $8400; GC1M $13,200 bench 类型不记得了.
付款的时候,只能是现金或支票.以上价格包括Tax, Delivery, 1st time Tuning, 10
year warranty from factory, matching bench
如果要换成30” bench, w/adjustment, w/ storage需要加$100,但是如果买的人多,这
$100也可以免除.

要带女儿去三个不同的地方,算来算去只有70分钟可以跑步,想想就跑快一点
好了。最后最快心跳居然到了170。看来还是没有完全恢复,要不就是退步了。

到的部位。

很慢。老想看看骑车马拉松的距离怎么样,一边看韩剧,一边慢慢骑,差不
多两个小时,没觉得累。

大家都是从一开始很低的状态走过来了,我2年前刚练的时候,我那美国哥们告诉我,BENCH PRESS是可以举自己的体重的,我当时推95都费劲的要命,所以想象推我的体重(230磅),觉得这辈子都没有可能,认为就算有可能也太危险,会被砸死。
我的经验一点一点往上加,刚开始的半年,每周只BENCH PRESS一次,每次推7,8组,小重量热身,然后往上加,2个人一起练,可以互相SPOT,所以每次练都冲击一次ONE REP MAX,记健身日记,所以知道自己上次的重量在哪里,有据可循,中间不做BAR BELL BENCH PRESS的时候,用哑铃BENCH PRESS来补充(这个很对我很有效),还有每次冲击最大重的时候,要扯开嗓子 吼,刺激点肾上腺素,同时要确保你有SPOTTER盯着你,需要的话让他帮你一点点,基本就这样,然后就是坚持,再坚持,注意安全,不要受伤,就这些了.
另外还有一点最关键,就是要自信,Everything in the gym is mental, believe in yourself. 但也不能盲目,合理地,在有人看着的前提下,不断挑战新的重量,哑铃的bench,对于我来说... 阅读全帖

大学以来一直踢球,所以体质不错,耐力和爆发力都有,主要是下肢的,上肢比较
弱,但肩膀比较宽,就是没有肉,跟老美打篮球和踢足球的时候觉得实在是力量太小,
本人172,体重145磅(来美国长了10磅的肥肉),遂开始健身长肌肉。今年元旦以后开
始比较规律的去GYM,间隔1到2天,每周至少三次,锻炼完吃蛋白粉,5磅的一罐三个月
吃了2/3。
这期间在版上看了很多的帖子,网上也找了些健身动作视频,不断改进计划和动作
。经过三个多月的锻炼, bench press 95-130(斜上动作不敢做), dumb bell bench
press 单手35-50, treadmill 1mile-3mile 不大喘,还有其他一些器械,都长了10-
20公斤左右,现在体重149磅,脂肪明显下降(可能是跑步,篮球和足球玩得多)。胸

Your squat looks better this round. Heals still came up a bit. On your way
up, you seemed to be shifting the weight to the balls of your feet which
caused your heels to come up. Go back to a lighter weight and practice until
your heels don't come up anymore.

第一次参加draft,十人league.
开始前几分钟,宝宝才睡,暗道侥幸.然后发现3rd pick,狂喜.一直觉得3号最好
pick,总能搞到三大rb.看到jc排第三,更是开心.
第二轮到了15位,居然还没走jimmy gram.但是知道自己没戏,因为5-th pick的
朋友一定会16位抢走.果然.一下觉得5-th pick好了.朋友5-th pick还抢了
lacy,赚大了.我只好抢doug martin.
第三轮该抢wr了,可惜dez跟jt刚刚抢走.只好jj.
第四轮继续wr,可惜前两位挑了Jeffrey,只好拿妃子
第五轮该te了,三大te都没了,拿了vd
第六轮接着rb,拿了 Rashad Jennings
第七到十轮,拿了panther D,james Cameron,s sanders, t smith
第十一轮,终于该qb了,拿了小河.不爽的是,本打算第七轮搞rw or nf,被人抢先几
位拿了.
还一个大错,本打算无论怎样,拿cooper,结果没注意排序,被auto pick的人拿走了

因为生理周期的缘故,也或许是中午印度餐buffet吃得太多了,跑得非常狼
狈,一路上都在找厕所,甚至考虑要钻小树林了。终归觉得不好,到最后一
迈的时候看到一个公园有厕所,赶快冲了过去,却看到“Closed for
season”。太缺德了。:(

这个bench press的重量不包括那个rod的重量,只是cookie weight?

,BENCH PRESS是可以举自己的体重的,我当时推95都费劲的要命,所以想象推我的
体重(230磅),觉得这辈子都没有可能,认为就算有可能也太危险,会被砸死。
组,小重量热身,然后往上加,2个人一起练,可以互相SPOT,所以每次练都冲击一次
ONE REP MAX,记健身日记,所以知道自己上次的重量在哪里,有据可循,中间不做BAR
BELL BENCH PRESS的时
the gym is mental, believe in yourself. 但也不能盲目,合理地,在有人看着的
前提下,不断挑战新的重量,哑铃的bench,对于我来说,从75磅,上到95磅是个
坎,每次把95磅的2个哑铃从架子上拿下来,提到bench
可以一组5个。

女的135是相对男的225来说,不是相对自己bench 135.
女squat 135,bench 90,deadlift 155
女squat 185,bench 135,deadlift 205这样比例,按比例成长但是不必死板,一般
deadlift涨的很快,bench最慢,所以只要deadlift > squat > bench就可以了.

八月底的时候无意发现健身版,加上之前一直有增重增肌的意愿(由于种种原因和借口
, 从来没有行动)。所以决定试一试,在版上做了些research 之后发现了5X5 这个项
目,觉得这个项目很好,因为很容易理解和执行。 尤其对于我这种没有任何健身基础
的人(以前从来没有举过铁,最多就是哑铃练练2头)。
决定健身之后在九月初买了设备,在自己车库里面建了个简易的home gym. 一套300
lbs 杠铃 , 一个bench, 和一个power rack. 总共才花了 600 多刀, 现在发现这是
我去年最好的投资。。
之后就是不断的重复和执行。 每周严格按照5X5 计划训练三次。 由于对deadlift 和
barbell row的技术掌握不够自信,所以把它们去掉了(这也是个遗憾其实), 因为这
样导致背部训练的不够。 现在开始把他们也pick up 了。
好了废话不说了,直接上数据了。
大概4个月之前
身高体重 : 176cm / 62kg 左右
squat :untrained 水平 估计比较差
bench : 85 lbs 左右
overhead press: 65 lbs 左右

已经好久没有来update了,主要是最近练的不是很系统。再加上进步也慢了很多,所以
不是很大的动力来报告。 言归正传最近几个月主要在练pullup, 所以这项进步比较
大了。 pullup 从4~5个月前的5~6个到现在可以拉20(极限)个左右。算是进步比较
大。 weighted pull up 也有比较大的进步。 1 rep max 现在在 bodyweight + 105
lbs 左右。 bodyweight + 80 lbs 可以拉4个 。
至于bench press, 几个月前通过smolov jr program练到 210lbs * 5 然后就没有继续
。后来就专攻pullup, dips 之类的,几个月之后以为bench press 会下降很多。结果
从上星期慢慢pick up, 结果发现bench press没有怎么下降。
看来强大的背部对于bench press是有帮助的。
至于体重, 由于最近工作比较忙,加上没有认真吃,体重减少了5lbs 左右。 但是力
量貌似没怎么降。 可能跟这个有关系,昨天成功PR body weight bench press for

从去年秋天开始减肥的,起始体重大概215lb,后来年末的时候减到175lb,之后回国一
个月,胡吃海喝外加零下三十度没法跑步,反弹到185lb,回来后一个多月又回到了
175lb,不过之后一直平台,想减到160-165lb吧,参加活动给自己点动力。
