收到RFE。IO一共列举了三条，请同学指教怎样是最好的处理方式：
1） Translations regarding documents in a Foreign Language
分析：这个实在是有点奇怪，因为我的整个package没有列举或者应用任何非英语的证
据。如果说一定算有，就是有来自法国和西班牙的推荐信的信头里面有法语或者西班牙
语的关于推荐人的title或者是学校名。请问会是指这个么？如果是指这个，该怎么翻
译啊？因为所有这种情况在学术论文发表或者推荐人使用其他场合的正是信头都是一致
的啊。

认可了intrinsic merit和national in scope，但质疑adversely affect the
national interest。
IO指出：
（1）我的6封推荐信里没有independent的，质疑专家意见客观性；
（2）推荐信里没说我的贡献比美国同行高；
（3）我在pl提出的自己具有的突出技能很容易通过labor certification获得。
另外本人小硕，有4篇挂名文章，都是去年才发的，共15次引用。
IO说引用太少，文章不具影响力。另外还说引用都来自其他领域，所以这些文章不能证
明我比同行出色。

收到短信提醒。

我是DIY.大致说一下我的背景：生物医学基础研究，中英文20篇，大部分是中文老文水
文。总引用不到200，大部分中文引用，独立180左右。近两年发的文章质量可以但是没
引用。我用来claim贡献的引用总计估计也就60多个。别的属于三无人员。没列引用排
名等各种%比较，因为拿不出手。
在PL里，我是这么论述贡献的：列了三项贡献，逐项介绍（领域里存在的问题，我解决
了啥，影响了领域），工作被别人implemented（全是引用的例子）；三个贡献中各穿
插一个引用文章的独立推荐人来背书；被综述和书引用来证明被广泛讨论和赞扬；引用
推荐人的话证明工作意义重大。
上周直接PP的，几天后被RFE,昨天收到信，同意文章和审稿，质疑contribution。已经
联系了大蜜帮忙。在他老人家去北极看日出归来前（呵呵），先麻烦大伙给看看，想想
主意对付这个0444.感觉这个0444还是很高效仔细的，揪住了我的贡献不足使劲咬。

的推荐信，把能吹得都吹了，个人觉得还算strong,而且六个人都基本没改。在版上看
了好多RFE的case,还有一个有经验的师兄帮我看材料把关，感觉把能避免的都已经避免
了,结果还是被RFE。
第十四天收到了RFE,IO是XM1218。承认review和authorship,质疑contribution。感觉
像是没时间看扔出的模板，不知道是好事还是坏事，更不知道该怎么回复，请各位大神

提交时候的证据有：5封独立推荐信。一封国内公司应用证明（无专利），一封别人使
用我的软件证明，大段引用的大概10篇穿插在推荐信中。其中引用排名四篇top 0.1%,
1%, 10%, 10%.

不好意思，这个帖子在jobhunting和working版都发过一遍，但是根据我搜索的结果，
关于H1B
的内容最多是在jobhunting，working和各自地区的板块发帖，所以我就这里也发一遍了
天真的我以为抽中了名额就不用担心什么了。跟现在agent的合作除了H1B的申请以外都
是很顺畅的：没有工资拖欠，按时email附上payroll文件，但是关于H1B的事情一直不
顺畅，昨天收到自己fail的消息后就尽可能的收集了很多信息，现在整理如下，希望大
家帮忙分析下。
agent的情况
1. 公司地址在google maps上查了下，一个是居民区门前的荒地，一个是居民住宅区，
都不是商业用地 （不靠谱）
2. 用agent名字去linkedin上搜索了下，跟agent有业务的公司非常有限，就几个公司
，像我这样的合同工多半都在那几个公司。
3. 去myvisajobs查了下，这个agent基本上没有给别人办理H1b的经验，这也解释了为

背景：
Nov 18th 提交H1B transfer PP （premium service) 申请.
Nov 30th 收到 RFE.
RFE response deadline 是Jan 13th.
情况：
现在公司请的律师（独立律师事物所的美国律师）说我的case 很复杂 （原话是“very
complex”)，只能保证在deadline之前提交给uscis回复。如果Jan 13th提交，再等两
个星期uscis response review，如果批了，二月初才能上班。如果不批，来之不易的
offer可能就黄了，又得重新地在现在这个年景下找工作，实在是不愿意再来一遍,sign
...
现在还在旧公司，新公司transfer不批准不让上班（有receipt也不行）。很着急，现
在度日如年，不知道律师能不能办好，心里实在是没底。
我的RFE内容如下，居然有9条之多（感觉这个vo对我重点照顾。。），感觉uscis因为
pp故意刁难，新公司不是ICC,公司较大，有自己的软件产品，每年支持得h1b也不少，

头的工作，有另外一家公司（profit）找我做part-time。
但是我的申请材料还没有递出去，我电话问律师是不是就不用再递交了。
律师告诉我，我现在在学校里头的cap-exempt h1b，只要没有被辞退，仍然可以申请并
行的cap-subject h1b。有点疑惑，上网查，结果很多，很多都说cap没有了就不能申请
了。
