长期看如果合并裁剪（一定要缩减不必要的）得当的话，
南大的医学以及相关的biomedical方向肯定会利用医学院的基础大力发展的，
特别是依靠南大本身的化学生物的基础科学优势，
我觉得南大以后在biomedical research方面应该可以大有作为
biomedical research的发展我觉得比工科更重要，以后funding也会越来越多，
看看NIH每年有多少钱就知道了 |

即使需求加大，社会上也已经有巨大的后备人选库，这些人目前都在挣扎找工作岗位，
美国至少有6万到8万的PhD千老，每年还有8000左右的新PhD毕业，这里面中国人的比例
不低。这些事有统计数据支持的。
施确实不应该劝新人入行，即浪费新人的青春，也浪费国家社会财富。
这个道理应该不难理解，劳动力市场已经严重失衡，已经不是个人喜好的问题了。如果

老博后大多是自愿或被迫转行了，家人得吃饭啊。
美国biomedical博后training系统算是彻底破产了，招不到好苗子。美国人里愿意做博
后都是低智商的学生，聪明的中国学生或博后都是半路能跑就跑，谁愿意在一个没前途
的职业途径里瞎费功夫呢？
问题根子就是发钱机构NIH只管把博后training花费打包进R01，一并发钱给老板。R01
里科研部分，老板得给NIH写报告，但打包进来的博后training经费老板不必写报告，
也就是博后培养失败老板不必承担乱花培养经费的后果。更有甚者，一个博后经费掰成
两份，招更便宜的千老，把千老都当技工用，根本不提培养计划，只管为了项目有人手
做而往死胡同里塞更多的人。
一个正常的人才培养系统，如果培养出来的人在社会上没用，这个培养系统就该被关闭
，而这个问题NIH从90年代就放任不管，故意把这个系统渐变成slavery系统，炮灰进炮
灰出。老板只按自己的良心办事。愿意认真培养博后的好老板，NIH无奖励，R01也不会
因为老板的认真培养计划多一块钱。故意整博后的恶老板，NIH无惩罚，继续给R01，可
