Labor was cheaper years ago, so you see more brick house.
Today, you can still buy real brick and build a house with it.
More builder use brick veneer for new house due to the cost, but you can
easily find not so old real brick houses for sale or request builder to use

，也看过一个砖房，和以前看的假砖房完全不一样，专门问过agent，居然是真的brick
? 她说brick房子很多，还觉得我的问题奇怪。彻底颠覆了原来以为都是假砖的想法。
现在想来看到买房子的网站列的房子外面材料，确实不少都写，stone， brick。80后
的房子很少是brick或者stone, 最多partial brick。我agent上次推荐一款房子就说，
全stone的，维护很少，不需要什么钱。不过我在老富人区看房子，路边某不起眼的房
子都可能是某70年代某基金创始人的房子。
老房子全砖？您贴一个你说的你那边的全砖老房子看看。

1）关于roof的结果，inspector说roof有12-15年，应该还可以用5-8年，一般这种情况
下是不是就不能向屋主要credit了？
我还有一个concern是屋主安了两层roof，这等以后要tear-off安新roof时得多花多

concrete foundation. The crack that looks to be potentially serious is the
brick crack that is cracking laterally to horizontal. This crack may not be
