这个房子在长岛south shore。关于房子的详细情况和照片在后面的链接里面，总的来
说就是double layer solid brick house, 1930年的，最近全新装修加建过（前院，
walkway, 厨房，厕所，窗户，屋顶，油变气的锅炉，全新hot water heat system，
hot water heater，所有家电），大概1600sf 左右。4间卧室全在2楼。交通方便，3-4分
钟走到一个小火车站，15分钟到jamaica center, 35分钟到penn station. 25分钟到
flushing。周围购物非常方便，costco, trader joe's，基本上什么样的商店都有。图
书馆非常好，离beach也近。地税在长岛算很低的。
说到这个solid brick, 这次扩窗户的时候contractor说他干了40年，没有见过这么结
实的墙，有2层砖，先要从外面切，再从里面切。当年我买的时候就注意到了，home

结构。只知道brick比Vinyl好，Stucco就不知道了。
是指Stucco的隔音隔热效果都不如brick吗，还是内墙的材料也有区别？谢谢！ |

there are plenty of houses in the US that are constructed of brick or stone.
It's all a matter of affordability and personal choice as well as what part
of the country you live in and when your house was built. In the US, brick
is more expensive but not so much that only the rich can afford it. However,
if given a choice, most in the US would rather own a home even if they are
not willing to pay a 15-20% premium for brick. |

look. I bought a lot for my front yard a long time ago. Each is like red-
brick in color, pretty heavy. You don't have to put sands etc under if you
just use them on the front yard for landscaping. Just plan ahead, level the
ground and harden the surface before laying them down around.
Looking back though, I wish I hadn't done that! Those bricks look pretty

譬如说每个module用一块pcba采集10-20个brick的电压和温度,pack成1-2条msg通过CAN
发送。另一端bms接收~处理~打包~整合~再发送，再加上其他乱七八糟的,整个过程20Hz
一点问题没有
每个brick单独做肯定不可能的，总共两百条msg才能发送一轮，就算你的bus其他什么
事都不干也来不及阿，什么CAN bus都顶不住 |

Training – 7月以来每周训练时间是10-12小时，每周一砖基本上能保证。最近几周长
训练较少，准备长周末补一下。9-11月的目标是继续每周一砖，每月1次century ride
，完成1次metric iron brick.
Swim – 觉得比去年有进步，速度可能快了一点点，efficiency保持得不错。现在每次
游完了都在池子边跑10几20个来回，模拟上岸后跑去换项区的过程。去年时间是1:45,
今年保底目标是1:40.
Bike – 自行车是最早恢复训练的，也是三项中情况最好的。今年upgrade了头盔和fit
, 效果不错。现在每周120迈左右，最近一次race bike 40迈TT的速度是20.2mph，这个
月的century ride后半段体力也保持得不错。去年时间是6:04, 今年保底目标是5:50.
Run – 随着训练量的增加和体重的下降，感觉越来越好了。现在每周20-25迈，接下来

WiFi和3G都还好，网速估计跟手机本身没什么关系。
K910没有Google service，需要root才能装。 目前没有可用的一键root的app，

It's only the surface that's brick. In essence, those houses had brick for
siding, while cheap house use plastic for siding. Underneath it is still
the same wood frame, concrete foundation, fiberglass insulation, dry wall,
and compressed wood floor board that's used in any other house.
Of course, same standard easy to work with material doesn't mean it's easy
to build a house as the OP make it seems. Only someone who knows not enough
on the subject think it's easy. |

创，而且在东方的影响力非常大。我的point一直是说中国自从秦汉发明斗拱和砖瓦以
后，建筑上1500年没有更多创新。无论从技术还是建筑材料。
另外一直没有突破文明初期的post and lintel的思维定势。这个是新石器时期就有模
板的，中国一直用到民国。如果说民居图简单方便，那贵族建筑没有资金时间约束应该
可以看到最高成就。我们的最高成就故宫也无非就是装饰更高档，空间更宽敞，柱子更
高更大，本质没有什么变化。把一个普通的东西弄大，不能算创造力。
瓷器是中国的特色，没有人否认。我这里说的不是手工艺品和书法绘画，是建筑。
至于砖头，它的应用始于两河流域，很早就传到西方，西方从来没有山寨中国的bricks
，他们的建筑是bricks and stones.很多城堡和城墙不都是早期砖建的？
建筑材料有选则的余地，技术有变通的空间，选砖还是石头只是选择问题。
老百姓说“几百年才建完，我住哪？”，这可以说好处是中国的文化比西方更兼顾人。

名校毕业，名企录取，高端创业——这是通常人们心目中高考第一名的人生走向。2008
级重庆文科高考第一名刘超然，却选择了一个特别接地气的创业方式——在伦敦美食市
场售卖重庆小面。
拌上新鲜麻辣的作料，再加点豌豆、杂酱、牛肉等，一碗普通的小面就变成重庆人离不
开的美食。今年4月中旬，刘超然和搭档把这种美食带到了英国伦敦，开了一个重庆小
面摊，生意火爆。不但被英国美食侦探挖掘，还因此上了当地美食博主的推荐榜，让更
多外国人了解到重庆小面，了解到重庆的美食文化。
两个土生土长重庆妹无辣不欢
2008年高考，来自重庆一中的刘超然以666分的全市文科总分第一名进入北大光华学院
，后来在美国哥伦比亚大学商学院硕士毕业，现居伦敦从事数据咨询工作，今年28岁。
为何要把重庆小面带到伦敦？刘超然告诉重庆晚报记者，这源于自己和搭档对家乡美食
的馋嘴，“我和搭档都是土生土长的重庆麻辣妹，从小无辣不欢。感觉在伦敦还没有特
