Percentage of fat calories burned 50% 39.85%
从这张表看来,同样的运动时间,高心率总比低心率fat burn多啊,虽然效率在降低。

我维持体重的热量是大约3000卡/天。 要想减肥的话,那只能吃2500左右

Just want to remind you that the calorie for step 2 formula is only half
compared with whole milk.
Here's what I found:
step 2 formula: 5oz ->100 calorie
whole milk: 4oz -> 150 calorie ( the paper box has 0.5 gallon, which
equals to 32 oz, it has 8 servings, each 150 calorie)
That's why I shifted to step 2 formula for my baby girl, since she eats A
LOT, and I worry about her getting overweight.
For Yueyue, if he eats less, he should stick to whole milk + vitamin.

yeah agree.
Calorie control is the key to weigh watching. exercise only increases the
normal proper calorie to a higher level. for example, with half an hour
jogging you can eat 250 more calories. And a pack of frys is one hour's
dancing.
excecise makes you strong and helps you grow more muscle, and burn some
extra calories, and that is it. It does not gaurantee you to lose weight by
exercise itself.

刚才查了下,1 cup carrots contains 6.1gram sugar and approximately 52
calories; the body uses 65 calories during the digestion of this amount of
raw carrot.
吃一杯carrots反而会消耗13 calories,哈哈,-13 啊

愿意看女子健美运动员的照片, 在gym里面, 特别是北京的gym里面常常能够
看到跟杂志上女子健美运动员一样级别的女生(除了胸太平, 估计是因为胸
没有办法练出来. 但是我怀疑胸大的女子健美运动员都是隆出来的).
在这里的gym里面身材火辣的多, 但是象女性健美运动员
那样低脂到能够看到6pack的没有见过.
但是看女性健美运动员, 特别是在gym里面看到真人, 看她们练完在那个
stretch的铁笼子里面一只脚轻松的笔直蹬到头上, 满心都是发自内心的钦佩,
欣赏, 赞叹, 嫉妒, 再加自卑,
跟看身材火辣的女生的感觉和心理是完全不一样的:)
说起这个counting calories, anoia老大曾经教导过要count calories.
但是我饮食基本上都是中餐, count calories太麻烦了. 所以我懒, 不
count calories. 就是每顿什么都有(碳水, 蛋白, 蔬菜, 水果), 尽量
变换花样, 每天吃5到6顿. 增肌的时候每顿都吃饱, 减脂的时候打算每顿
都吃半饱同时进一步减少碳水. 这样行不?

最近有研究发现不运动的女人,包括那些苗条的,更容易得心血管疾病, 那些超重但
依然运动的患病概率却低些。
听起来很直接:运动很重要。地球人都知道!
但等等,同一篇报道也说了那些超重的女人,不论运动还是不运动,患糖尿病的几率比
正常体重的女人多了九倍。
所以我们可以列两个公式:
如果你超重但经常运动 = 患糖尿病
如果你身材苗条但是不运动 = 患心血管疾病
让我们从另外一个角度想想这个矛盾。
一天节食400calorie会不好受,但一天运动烧掉400calorie却更难。
有一个重点我们大家忽略了,那就是节食的400calorie与运动的400calorie是不相等的!
Gym里的跑步机和椭圆机上的calorie counter是会骗人的。它让大家直接把运动和
calorie联系在一起,让大家解释成这些calorie来自于食物。但是这些calorie
counter并不能告诉大家运动了之后增

行了,我圆满了,这个月再也不吃垃圾食品了。。!终于发自内心的不想吃高热量东西
了,下一阶段减肥开始。

我早就发现了,现在只慢跑。

过了这个范围,虽然燃烧的calories多,但是来自fat的calories就少了,减脂效果没
那么显著。
消耗200 calories,calories from fat只有35. 也就是说如果只想减体重,快跑比慢
跑好,但如果想减脂的话,则慢跑更有效。
脂效果不太好~~

而且慢跑练得越多,有氧运动时燃烧脂肪的效率就越高。同样是心跳140,刚开始训练
的时候可能30%能量来自脂肪,练多了以后来自脂肪的能量的百分比会增加,到50%,甚
至70%。
减肥贵在坚持啊。

Feb 28th:
I fell asleep with the kids on Sunday night again. :(
So in the morning I did 100 sit-ups on the floor. Then at night I did
another 100 sit-ups in bed.
Played pingpong during lunch time at work for 40 minutes.

我最近开始采用阿氏减肥法第一步induction,已经开始一周了。今天ketonix检测是中
度。
在开始阿氏之前,我好好把网站里面的内容研究了一下。很认真地按照他里面的要求来
做。
现在每天carbs绝对低于20g.而且主要来自于生菜,蘑菇,黄瓜以及白萝卜。虽然
Atkins网站上没有讲到太多的总热量的限制。但是自己将每天的总热量控制在1000一下。
我现在想问问有经验人士,每天的热量是多少最好?因为今天看到一片文章说,

早:2 scrambled eggs, 1 laughing cow swiss cheese wedge + 1 beef frank (
calories: 200+35+150, protein: 13+2+6)
午:3 cups lettuce, 6.5oz chicken leg with bone/skin (calories: 230, protein
:20g, 鸡皮努力的刨掉了)
snacks1: 1/2 cup greek yogurt and 6 halves pecan (calories: 70+60, protein:
12g)
snacks2: 2 scrambled eggs(calories 200, protein 13)
晚上计划:3cups lettuce + 4oz chicken breast (180calories + protein 30g)
这样一天下来:卡路里1200上下,蛋白质90克。对我一周练两次1小时力量,3次一小时
跑步+划船机的计划来说这个饮食合适不?有啥需要注意的?谢啦。
附:现体重150,想再减10磅
