RPM 一般在60~70.
Calories per hour 一般是600~700 c
一小时后,distance 一般是3.4~3.6 miles
燃烧的总calories 一般显示620~660
心率从120~143 都有。
版上的老师说 卡路里要乘以70%,600*70%=420 calories。 嘿嘿。
wuyan老师说300~400,那俺就乘以60%好了。

1)精确度:用accelerometer来监控footstrike impact,所以误差会很大。对于
elliptical,stationary bike,riding会非常不准确;很容易cheating,比如加速度
很快的运动就会显示消耗很多,jumping jacks啊,有人说洗头都显示fuel points快速
上升;另外weight lift,yoga此类活动也基本没用;没有GPS功能
2)新概念:Nike Fuel points的新概念,来取代calorie,对于很多人来说可能要有个
适应的过程。我不知道怎么和每天摄入食物的calorie来做均衡
3)适用人群:对于hard-core的运动员和运动狂热者,恐怕不需要这个watch来激励自

减脂的话建议力量在前。
2.我一般在公司食堂吃,美式的,protein(chicken,turkey,salmon)+ sides,所
以好算,周末在家买面条机的时候送了个电子称,可以准确称量。
我同意你说的,中餐不好算,calorie不说,主要是source不好计算。我也只是尽量去
搜索吧,myfitnesspal 似乎有亚洲database,不过有些明显不靠谱,我还是以英文为
主。最后这些都是estimate,除了total calorie之外,每天carb和protein要够,fat
可以多吃点nuts。至于你如果想减重的话,每天必须有calorie deficit,建议少吃点

Calories: 57 C (两位数的卡路里消耗太令人发指了..)

把strape绑紧了一点,确认开跑前心率正常60左右..结果跑完一看....

Calories 510
Coca-Cola®
Classic (Large)
Calories 280
考虑到这里唯一可以免费续的只有可乐,两杯大可乐就是560卡。这三样东西差不多。
但是也考虑到,一顿饭可以抛弃炸薯条或可乐,如果抛弃了那块牛肉,就不叫一顿饭,
变成电影院的杂食小吃了。还是抛弃可乐最好。 |

正统的说,人用的是大写C的Calorie。猫狗粮包装是小写c的。
1 Calorie=1000 calorie= 1 kcal
这样就明白了吧?!我去把前面写错的改了去~~
