看到版上各种问h1b批准后生效前transfer的帖子 有人说新h1b approve了就没问题了
也有人说旧公司withdraw就遭殃了
置顶说H-1B批准之后就可以transfer，不需等到生效。但是没提生效前原h1b withdraw
了会怎么样
想请教一下 h1b批准后transfer跳槽 新h1b approve了 旧公司在10/1前withdraw申请
USCIS会从第一份h1b track到新h1b 因为第一份h1b被withdraw了 新h1b即使已经
approve了也无效了吗？
律师的说法也没个定数 有说没问题有说不行的 不知道有没有人知道真实例子？

八月初准备全家搬到Gainesville，有个7岁小孩要上小学。查了一下学区，下面三个学
校都是9分。
Lawton M. Chiles Elementary School
Hidden Oak Elementary School
William S. Talbot Elementary School
请问哪个学校相对来说更好？不光是学校本身，还有社区安全,生活便利程度等等。我
在UF工作。现在暂时不想买房。正在找公寓。请问有没有什么好的公寓可以推荐？合适
的HOUSE也可以。2 bedrooms或3 bedrooms。非常感谢！
另外，是不是有些8分的学校也不错啊？ |

Chiles 亚洲人不多。Talbot在北边，学校旁边有高压线。HIDDEN OAK 应该是最好的。
但交通不是太方便。NEWBERRY 经常堵车。还有公立的WILES 和 私立的OAK HALL 也不
错.
Gainesville好住的地方应该在75号高速以西。如果在UF上班，LONGLEAF还是很不错的
。中国人多，设施齐全，安全，KID FRIENDLY, 交通方便。缺点就是小贵。小学上
WILES.
其实在GAINESVILLE, 学区没有那么重要，因为许多中国小朋友都去了WILLIAMS
ELEMENTARY AND LINCOLN MIDDLE MAGNET PROGRAM. 这两个MAGNET PROGRAM 很值得推
荐。不是吹，LINCOLN MIDDLE SCHOOL MAGNET PROGRAM的学生基本上每年都在DOMINATE
佛罗里达州的 OLYMPIC MATH AND CHESS CONTEST。Williams MAGNET PROGRAM 是从二
年级才开始的,IQ 至少要128.
个人推荐，仅供参考。 |

contains least amount of PCB, the main concern for farm raised salmon.

水质一般还好，但是饲料里添加的东西可能你想都想不到。
美国社会一直吹嘘farm raised fish多好，但是他们故意忽略饲料添加剂中的有害成分
，而且FDA向来对禽类和肉类中激素防腐剂管理严格，而鱼类基本不管。
tilapia，catfish--->最好别买
farm-raised ------>最好别买
wild caught Alaska sockeye salmon-->这个是最好选择，而且不贵。阿拉斯加三文鱼
是污染最少的鱼。能够买到的，只有sockeye这种。
sea bass, tuna, Mahi-mahi----这些鱼水银含量很高，大人没事，小孩不能吃。 这里
的sea bass不是钓的black sea bass，这是Chile产的一种大鱼，commercial name sea
bass or Chilean Sea bass.
