实在受不了了，这里盘点一下2010年后中国体操领导层的十宗罪，看看领导层做了哪些
事情导致中国现在的局面。
当然，拿十宗罪这种严肃的标题来说事可能有点过分，但是不得不这么吐嘈一下，希望
领导层尽快反思，让中国体操涅磐重生。
1.为了亚运会包金牌导致邵斌事件，对裁判无保护导致裁判话语权丧失
2010年亚运会，当时天朝志在包揽全部金牌，闹出了邵斌改分事件。当然想要包金牌这
件事本身无可厚非，但后续的发展却让人瞠目结舌。因为邵斌改分，国际体联吊销了邵
斌的裁判执政，而天朝官方对此直接沉默，牺牲了邵斌（没有上面的指使邵斌敢改分？
）保住自己的颜面，造成后续天朝裁判对此寒心不已，官方无保护直接搞的没什么人想
接着做裁判，后来FIG里中国势力持续走低，像周秋瑞等人都要想着先怎么讨好别人活
下来再来打分，本国的裁判都是如此，小花小草们日渐走低的待遇，就可想而知了。

美国左派和右派的区别，从经济的角度讲，右派主张新自由主义（neoliberalism),也
就是完全自由的市场经济，市场调节一切社会关系。人作为独立的个体（enterprise)
参与市场竞争，而人的自由和独立都通过自由市场交换得到体现和保证。从政府来说，
他们反对福利国家（welfare state）制度，主张小政府，政府的职责就是确保每个人
都具有最起码的进入市场竞争的资格，即不会饿死，病死等。所以他们关注的是绝对贫
困，低于这个绝对贫困线以下的人会进行帮助。但是对于一些社会公共服务，如教育，
医疗，公共交通等，全部交给市场。Neoliberallism理论源于David Ricardo,Adam
Smith，最早实施是由Pinochet（1973）in Chile，Thatcher（1979）in UK, Reagan
（1980）in US.
而美国左派则坚持凯恩斯主义，支持welfare state，例如罗斯福的新政。由国家统一
计划安排公共服务，关注相对贫困以及缩小社会贫富差距。
