我一般吃便宜的natural valley granola bar, 价钱大概是前者的五分之一

On amazon, you can get 20 white chocolate macadamia nut clif bars for $6.78,
coming out to be around $0.34/bar.
Maybe it's an error, but it says it's a 2 pack, and even if it's not it's
still a pretty good deal at $0.68/bar.

几个跑LONG RUN用的CLIF BARS，2.4OZ
大小的。
下午三点多又饿乐，就吃乐一个BAR。结果到
六点多还是不饿，也没有什么食欲，觉得肚子
里满满的。
查乐一下包装，一个BAR竟然有230卡的热量
（含23克的糖在里面）。这些热量要跑半个小

lunch，最多买点水果，香蕉橙子啥的，基本靠clif bar填肚子。我估计这个东西每个人不太一样。有一回出去一天的，中

记一下流水账
周五领race packet。顺手牵了两个派送的clif bar。要了办公室周末的access，
准备睡回笼觉。
周六进行了中等强度的热身，家务劳动。晚餐吃了4个肉夹馍，感觉能量储备得很充分。
8点半前收拾好东西，闹表定3点，上床睡觉。
一夜无梦，早上竟然自然醒了，2:50am。喝了一杯水，五谷轮回。早餐一个肉夹馍，
感觉好像不是很饱，于是又吃了一个。喝掉一大瓶水，出门3:45am。早上交通怎一
个好字了得，大概听了8，9首歌就开到城里了。城里路上已经可以看到很多骑着自行
车的同修往湖边聚集。俺算到的早的，换项区还没很多人。把东西放好才5点。想着
要不要到湖边看首发wave的热闹，最后瞌睡战胜了好奇，走了15分钟回公司Zzz了。
再醒来已经是阳光明媚了。赶到游泳出发点，换好wetsuit，离发枪还有3个wave。
按wave排队等出发，和周围的人打打屁。哈，好多和俺都是一样的第一次。队伍慢

本报讯（记者刘俊）美国花生酱遭沙门氏菌污染事件并无平息迹象，越来越多美国
食品企业相继宣布召回。昨日，美国食品和药物管理局（FDA）又再公布“Clif Bar &
Company”、“Kroger”和雅培公司主动召回怀疑受污染的食品，让涉及事件的食品企
业增加到近10家。
涉及厂家已近10家
昨日美国“Clif Bar & Company”、“Kroger”公司分别宣布召回8款巧克力和饼
干及两款冰淇淋，原因均是可能采用了遭沙门氏菌污染的花生酱。此外，雅培旗下的“
雅培营养”也以同样的原因召回名为“ZonePerfect”、“NutriPals”两品牌的巧克力
，而且证实产品已销售到美国以外，包括新加坡、墨西哥等地区。
连同早前宣布召回产品的家乐氏，卷入污染事件的美国厂家已近10家。
据悉，本次污染事件的源头是“美国花生公司”10日宣布召回可能受沙门氏菌污染
的罐装花生酱，由于该企业是上游供应商，多家美国食品公司相继“中招”。FDA在17
日已提醒国内消费者，在公司澄清产品不受影响前，要避免购买含花生酱的饼干、蛋糕
、冰淇淋等食品 |
