cliff是我最喜欢的婚礼摄影时，08年的us photo世界10大婚礼摄影时之一。

他的片子很令人感动，很典雅、沉稳，非常耐看。我觉得很符合婚礼时的气氛。真正体
现了人与人的交流。我觉得他是用光的大师。在室外他从不用反光板，不用补光，一切
都是自然光。
他的片子用他自己的话说就是注重了texture, dimension and mood
器材反面他现在用的是d3和d3s，6个镜头：14-24mm 2.8, 24-70mm 2.8, 28mm 1.4,
85mm 1.4, 60mm 2.8, 70-200mm VRII
另外一个是jerry ghionis,就是蛋大师去听workshop的，被蛋大师誉为百年一遇的天才
的的那个人。他的片子都是perfect。我认为就创造力和全面性而言没有任何其他的婚
礼摄影师可以比。大家可以上他的网站，wedding里面有4个movie,简短记录了他拍的一

说到底，wedding photography是个business，需要考虑客户喜好的问题，对于
business而言，即使喜欢PJ风格的人占很少数，但是对于cliff一个人来讲已经有了足
够大的客户群了，而且这是他想要拍的东西。It's just his way, not THE way.
Everybody is right; you just choose what you want.他capture的情感都是极其真
实的，至少让人感到是极其真实，即使他或许也是set up的。拿他的片子和别人的一比
就知道差别了。 |

据她说从网上查到的资料一般2 hours---3 hours 走完全程，有人问是往返，还是单程
？ling说单程5 mile。貌似有同修诧异太长？ 对我来说，越长越好，太短，岂能算

rainbow trout. 前几周放的少，不过网上的fishing report已经说early morning不少人catch limit，另外还可以钓catfish.
有同去的吗？南湾的可以一起carpool分担车费和$6 parking fee.
每人还有$5 EBRPD Daily Fishing Access Permit fee (in addition to CA fishing license requirement) :(.
其实这个离南湾更近：Horseshoe Lake (Quarry Lakes Regional Recreation Area,
Union City/Fremont)。不过禁止使用lead sinkers.它的那个lead sinker free
exchange program也不知道什么时候搞。有人有经验吗？ |

$27.48. Like always with Target clearance, it is YMMV. Strange thing is
that they had three on the clearance endcap, and several more on the nornal
aisl location (at regular $109.99 price. The ones on clearance had a
replacement UPC sticker over the UPC on the package. I found this at the
Sanford, FL Super Target. Good luck.

有没有cliff。只要加速游，cliff一定会出现。cliff有多深很关键。cliff一旦出现，
还能不能出来，恢复到比较快的速度。这些指标都因人而异，都可以通过增程增速游来
确定。
游泳一人一条道，自己跟自己较劲，不太明显。如果是环形跑道（内道占便宜），或者
开放但是曲率大的路径（比如各种5k和10k，也是弯道内侧占便宜），如果战术得当，
实力略差的人也可能战胜略强的人；如果有2+同队的人互相配合，效果更好。基本原理
就是干扰对手的节奏，引诱对方掉进他的cliff。 |

是休息？
接下来大概开始游400。缓慢下降到2:15，然后有2:30的第一个cliff，恢复之后出现2:
35的第二个cliff
但是第二个cliff只持续了50米，迅速回升到2:15。
在接近length=50的时候，为什么又有一个spike？停下来了？或是游的过程当中garmin
误把一次大力划水认为是push off？对应下图strokes，似乎是garmin判断失误。
接下来是2:25，慢慢是第三个cliff，又是2:30。
最后50米又提上来一些，最后25米还能达到2：10以内。
再看下图，看起来你并没有走恒频加力，最后冲刺再加频这条路径。好处是cliff不会
太深，恢复也比较快。坏处是你并没有真的到达无氧边缘，根据这些数据，你还是不知
道真正的无氧cliff有多深，多长时间可以恢复。而且划频来回变，节奏容易混乱，
stroke cycles=14和stroke cycles=9的配合区别很大，你平时可能练习14个stroke

if I want to delete all the cliff county results,
the " if county = 'cliff' then delete;" doesn't work,
even after I define a string ='cliff', then "if county=string then
delete", still not working.
any suggestion?

Yes, they have to do something, and they will. Look for Congress to
immediately restore some of the George Bush tax cuts, which expire at
midnight on Dec. 31, but to delay the $1.2 trillion in automatic spending
