概9点不到进的公园.
这是路边某个水塘和远处被雾笼罩的小山包:
来到Sand Beach, 这算是个景点,尽管看不见啥, 但感觉很仙境
再来一张Sand Beach
Otter Cliff
从Trail上往回走, 这个时候雾已经散去了许多, 还是Outer Cliff, 已经能看见东西了
一对老夫妇在Otter Point Trail边
走完Trail,继续开车, 路边又看到一些小池子小山小野花什么的
以为看到了蜜蜂, 回家后发现是苍蝇
在公园里的Jordan Pond House吃的中饭, 还是龙虾, 不推荐, 主要是因为太贵, 一共
花了好像$54
要了一个Lobster Roll,一个Lobster, 和一个Blue Berry Smoothie. 那个地方也出很
多Blue Berry.
Lobster Roll就是把龙虾肉放在两片面包里, 没啥意思. 当然龙虾肉还是很好吃的.
Thunder Hole, 后来来了一辆大巴, 大批同胞涌入, 眼前这几块石头迅速爬满了同胞

基本不动。
2。10% 按照 so-called “Fiscal cliff”, which will start from 1/2/2013. 这个

做拍子的，两年前拉出来自己打天下。名牌的技术他们都有，所以做出来
的拍子不错，但现在打名气，价钱比Yonnex便宜。Bonny的官方网站是http://en.bonnysports.com/， 可以看见他们的各档次拍子及其它附
件。在北美的人如果要买拍子可以找他们在北美的代理。每年在波士顿

were not for the great Mets pen, he would have close to 20 wins and Mets are

In AL, I like what Roy Halladay more than Cliff Lee. Granted I have always l
iked Halladay so my opinion is biased. But I like the fact that he picked 20

小羊不知道怎么得罪 Cliff 了，全明星后上场时间就越来越少。现在完全是进狗屋了
。他升高臂长，其实防守 ding 和 wade 都可以用以下。他三分球还是不错的，进攻上
由牧师组织给他几个 catch and shoot，无论如何都比现在这几个三分 XJBD 好一些。
黄蜂内线除了 AL 进攻好些以外，其他 Zeller 和 Kaminsky 就是废物。防守，篮板，
进攻一无是处，就这样教练还死抱着他们不放。
豪斯虽然篮板和防守也是废物，可他一手三分还是有两把刷子的，Whiteside 防他是必
须拉出来，这样就给里面造成空当。应该 AL 和他轮流上场。
现在就看第三场黄蜂做什么调整。如果 Cliff 还是像常规赛这样用人死板，现在这批
人不光是搞不过热火，还会继续打得很惨。 |

Jefferson来得分。小羊一年7M现在进狗屋，不知道Cliff打的什么算盘，人家不run你
的play你也得有耐心多教教，小羊和林组合之前还是板凳冠军的。小林和Hawes的三分
球配合的挺好的，而且Hawes命中率还可以的。Williams常规赛打的那么好，因为有不
少空位三分球，现在没后后卫创造机会就费了 |

。上个星期天在旧金山骑了一大圈，从cliff house出发，然后穿过金门大桥，BTW，周
末金门大桥骑起来巨不爽，鱼龙混杂，险象环生。然后下到大桥下面，一直骑到
sausalito，然后再回去，骑downtown，japan town, 在中国领事馆门口到此一游，门
口写着工作时间9-2：30,what a life!然后一路骑回cliff house。没有看多少mile，
上坡下坡还是蛮厉害的，下坡比上坡吓人，有一个坡我崩溃了，推车下来的，hehe。这
就是我最后的training了。昨天晚上跟一个朋友聊天，才知道原先预订好的几个朋友都
打退堂鼓了，说not enough training，吓死我了，我说啥叫enough training，他就问
我你最近爬坡了吗，我说除了魔鬼山就没怎么爬过，他说哦，那就够了，嘿嘿

车都收拾得干干净净，头盔下面压着斑点帽子，兜里插着cliff bar和topeak手泵。一
看就是逼格爆棚的行家。于是我一路流着口水蹭上了Hawk Hill，然后跟着她从
Conzleman Rd一头冲下去到了Headland Visitors Center。
美女停下来问我还打算去哪里。我特想说你去哪儿我就去哪儿，又担心她的cliff bar
下面藏着一瓶防狼喷雾瓶，于是说：“额...我打算再搞几个婆子”。
美女手一指山谷对面，说那里有个海洋哺乳动物中心，从这里下去正好是一个婆子，你
玩得开心啊！
和她道别后心情郁闷，正好那个婆子迎面而来，于是化悲痛为力量，一发力就搞了个

The date I was playing was a bit windy. I was told not to tee off from Gold/
Black/Back tee since it would play much longer for the course during windy
day. Turn out it was a wise decision, we settle with Blue tee, and it was
much enjoyable to play.
They have handi recommendation on tee box, and the back tee was for handi
below 5. But you can still play from any tee as you wish, since it was for
recommendation not requirement.

人担心。HK的德国产和美国产的枪好像使上去差不多。
说到SIG，不能不说到双动首发，大家还是要有时间好好练练，双动功夫好的综合射击
能力肯定好。刚看到活生生的例子，昨晚Top Shot最后对决，转轮高手Cliff Walsh(唯
一能在大赛中打败孤独求败的Jerry Miculek)对决自己觉得Glock玩得很拽的Drew
Shprintz，结果对Glock枪没什么经验的Cliff痛宰Drew，双动转轮高手扣压和瞄准的稳
定性及其它射击基本功用在半自动Glock上35英尺上的散布在高速射击中仍然非常密集

ball (one elbow down) and the Auburn running back in that late 4th qtr play
(one wrist down, which counts as down; play over) should've made it 4th and
5 with the game tied (not counting that BS score Auburn got after the Cliff
Harris INT that wasn't called correctly). At the very least, Oregon should'

my harness in case i lost the rope when tossing it off the cliff, but then
forgot to pull the rope through the anchor), so had to pull the rope up
