据国外媒体报道，苹果已经向美国消费电子产品技术授权公司Digitude Innovations
LLC（以下简称Digitude）移交了部分专利技术，而后者在苹果发起的全球专利大战中
正在扮演着所谓的“专利流氓”（patent troll）角色。Digitude本周二向美国国际贸
易委员会（ITC）提起诉讼，指控宏达电、宏达电美国子公司、RIM、三星、LG、摩托罗
拉、亚马逊、诺基亚和索尼等科技公司侵犯其便携式通信设备专利。而苹果却不在其列。
根据美国著名科技博客TechCrunch的进一步调查显示，在此次诉讼中，Digitude持有的
两项专利技术在年初时恰恰就属于苹果公司。TechCrunch的报道指出，遭披露的文件证
实了苹果与Digitude之间达成了一项专利授权协议，但并未透露协议细节。

这天是起的最早的一天：７点半，哈哈，要开２００迈，４个小时，有５个stops.
1. Meteor crater.就在I－４０边上。不过是个private owned land,所以NP pass不行
。票也相对贵＄１５／人（尤其是对于我们这样已经习惯于no more payment after $
80 pass). 这个好大的陨石坑也有个挺不错的gift shop.我们买了个fosile from
Morocco, Orthoceras from 505 - 523 million years ago。
２. Walnut canyon NM.这是看印第安人遗址。walnut canyon的印第安人住在canyon的
洞里。我就想不通他们，这生活多不方便啊，跑跑跳跳的都要小心。老公说估计是这的
印第安人不够strong/smart,躲在canyon里至少别人功进来不容易。
３. Sunset Crater Volcano NM.这是看volcano。整个NP都在6000ft以上开车.建议一

传的短篇，还有自己写的“创作感想”。看到TRENDS那一篇，居然发现他在1938年（当

是不可能的。现在dead lock，后果就是fiscal cliff，大家一起加税。如果是Obama选
上，你说GOP小气也好，不懂事也好，恐怕一定程度的fiscal cliff是必然的。如果是
Romney选上，真搞了fiscal cliff，也容易blame到Obama头上，民主党就要多想想了。
还有，总统怎么想，对small business的sentiment那肯定是有影响的。有的人就喜欢0
%或者100%，其实每个Small Business想法都不一样，没有绝对大家都好或者大家都不
好的政策。总统天天喊加税，对small business startup那肯定是有负作用的。当然，
最后最有可能的结局是end up nothing changed，不过sentiment的影响已经体现了。 |

LED，但是问题没有解决。回头换套sensor试试。另外再请问一下，这个bumper sensor
和cliff sensor似乎是连在一起的，换的时候一定要一起换吗？看ebay上卖的有的是光
cliff sensor，有的是cliff sensor和bumper sensor都有。谢谢。

是新来的学徒也能做送信扫地之类的事。

脚。于是他们在上班的路上把孩子们送到学校里去，就象他们在周末出
门前把家里的狗送到养狗场一样。

比如：
1.刚开始爬，没摔过的孩子不怕visual cliff，妈妈一呼唤就爬过去了;大一点经历过

该是败得垂头丧气，远远不如今年4 5月份和奥八作对时来的刚烈。加上奥八邀请诺姆
尼吃lunch，摆姿态，很可能两党可以妥协。大不了把tax cut 截止日期再延长一年，
或tax raise人群缩小一些, 或tax raise rate降低一些，总有办法不让cliff发生。
奥八这个人， 他能在2008年把对手Hilary搞成自己的国务卿，在哈佛教授和警察
conflict时先替黑人教授说话，再把两者一块儿请进白宫喝下午茶和好，现在又和罗姆

持完全不让步。奥巴马现在已经退无可退（实际已经让步很多了，比如延续大多数减税

首先这会出现美国历史上财政政策和货币政策的最大背离：QE4刚推出，疯狂地松货币

这次recession和过去不同，因为这次是个‘人造衰退’，一旦共和党教训够了对手，
把失败情绪发泄出来，可以随时打住。协议随时可以达成。一片混乱之后经济进入正轨
的速度大概就是几星期（当然对美国信心的损害是长期的）。cliff实际是个不太恰当
的比喻，因为影响将是慢慢发生的，所以后果基本可控。因此对实体经济的影响虽然很

不过我觉得只要是理工科出身的读起来不难.我听过他最近两个很长的访谈录音(都在90
分钟左右),感觉他说话比较直比较实在,听起来感觉像是搞理工出身的.

the Angeles National Forest when the 22-year old man fell from the hiking
path down the mountainside, and close to the edge of a cliff. The two men
are Asian-Americans from Temple City.

Answer:
it's a risk in any wealthy town. englewood cliffs is an affluent community,
so yes, there's a possibility of it happening. you can't completely escape
the superficial, materialistic element in any upper income area.

更多的华二代甚至华一代参与选举。
昨天，博根郡的Mahwah出了个华二代政治新星，帅哥，只有二十二岁， 更牛！
PARSIPPANY有大量印度裔和政府公寓， Edison第二当仁不让。 Englewood
Cliff也是个亚裔富人区，但Mahwah基本是个白区，亚裔不足10%.
这次Mahwah市议会补选，只有一个席位， 有两个政治老兵参加，都志在必得，竞争空
前激烈，几个月前开始，线上线下广告就满天飞。 而Jonathan Wong初出茅庐，虽然未
当选，四个候选人，他居然一举拿下近三成的选票！
感觉他也有些政治天赋，就像那种平时不读书，考前突击一下就能取得好成绩的。 直
到一两个星期前， 他的网站还是空白。 广告插牌也是这几天才出现。 Facebook上的

大块中的老三，是博根郡（Bergen County)北部地区。 这个排名可能会引发争议也出
乎自己的意料。 但根据2010人口统计， 光Fort Lee的华人就比咱们的老据点
Livingston多几百。
我们可以以Fair Lawn， Paramus, Fort Lee一线把博根郡划分为南北两部。 南部是蓝
领地区，北部是传统富裕地区，十分九分学区连绵不绝。筛选入学的Bergen Academy更
是全国一流的科技高中，亚裔学生占半数。 这里靠近纽约，人口拥挤，交通方便，还
有三条高速两条通勤铁路。 东边的Pascack Valley Line是单轨， 每站必停。 西边的
Bergen Main Line则有两条甚至三条铁轨， 通勤高峰时期有不少快车。 所以同样在博
根郡最北端, Mahwah从地图上看比Montvale更偏远，但通勤无论是火车还是汽车都单程
要少一二十分钟。
