coarse跟extra coarse石头各一块，就可以磨刀了。之后我又买了一块精磨石头1000/
6000目的，加上家里有块放了几年的3000目油石，装备已经远远超过师父了。在
spyderco上磨完以后3000目的石头小心轻磨，最后刃口基本可以当镜子用，就完工了。

enamel paint doesn't work well on wood.
First of all, it doesn't stick to wood. That's fine, you just need one more
layer of primer.
Then, oil-based enamel doesn't work well with latex! So, you double check to
make sure you picked alkyd primer.
(By the way, if your enamel is not so dark as LZ's, you need to tint your
primer.)
OK, now you can apply the enamel. It's so glossy that all the imperfections

Grain， Fruit， Veggie，Protein， Milk每天的摄取应该是：
3， 1， 1， 2， 2 （serving size）。
具体一个serving size就是：
Grain：一片面包 or 半杯米饭 or 一杯cereal
Fruit：一个苹果 or 一个香蕉 or 一杯水果
Veggie：一杯蔬菜
Protein： 一个蛋 or 1oz肉 or 1tbsp 花生酱
Milk: 一杯奶 or 酸奶

当然娃跟娃不同，这就是个大概的概念，我家妞是远远吃不到这个量的，所以具体咱们当娘的自己调整。

另外在QBQ还多写了几句关于照明开关操作的：
反正和传统转轮拨盘式的比，是跨越型的——
电池盖拧上以后，盖外面是个触感很好的橡胶按钮。按一下就点亮照明分划。长按超过
五秒还是十秒就关上。
在最亮档按一下，会闪烁五下以防是误触。再按一下，则降档。然后依次每按一下降一
档照明。
在最暗档再按一下，又是闪五下以防是误触。然后再按一下，同样是关。
以上是默认的每次降档，可以短按两秒就松开。这样就改了默认，变成每按升档。
多少分钟处于静止状态，则自动关掉省电。然后一动的话就自动点亮。
没有夜视仪，所以没法测最暗档在夜视镜下效果——感觉可能不够弱，没法和夜镜一起
用。
另外这系列里面的战术版，就是大调解手轮，战术分划然后贵了很多那种，
我觉得不好。注意他的分划不是标准密位点，点的间距反而是2.5 mil……

这草是粗（coarse）了一点，但耐踩。要是家里有小孩或者宠物爱在草坪上玩的话，恐
怕这是少数能活下来的草种。
它的问题除了coarse外，就是形态总是一撮撮的。Clumps之间可能露缝儿出来，所以得
不停的overseeding或者混种其它Creeping的草。混种的情况下，没有杀草剂能把它
single out出来，所以，你杀死它后，其它周围的草也八成得死。
你要是用的是Scotts'或者Pennington这种全国都卖的货的话，里面是可以混tall
fescue的，仔细看label。避免的办法是，到本地lawncare点买精选的本地草种。
在东北这边，基本不缺水，只要剪得勤，tall fescue混在里面不显。但是，缺水的话
，它周围一圈其它草可抢不过它，就会枯死，最后更显得他鹤立鸡群，那么这种情况，

SET键调整拍摄照片的数量，PLAY键调整照片曝光EV值的级差。请按下Q键则迅速关闭此
功能。
在拍照的M模式下，本功能为快门包围。在其它模式为曝光补偿包围。
HDR图像可以采取：
* ML遥控触发器：LCD的面部感应器和音频触发。
* ML定时器（HDR延时摄影）

graining, 重新用coarse grained的变量写一下。
柠桔态一般都是考虑IR的不动点，没有uv的问题。有些在IR就是个sigma model,跟高能

英国 Will Durant 写的名著《世界文明史》的第一卷《Our oriental heritage 》。
从名字看就是明显的西方中心。写于上世纪初期，其中对中国的描写还不错。我发现，
从16世纪到20世纪初期，凡是对东方有一点了解的，基本都是对中国观感不错。
但是在50年代以后，也就是中共上台，西方历史著作对中国人整体的评价急转直下了。

去查了一下，张旭总共发表了90多篇英文文章（不算中文）。回国之后作为联系作者也
有快20篇了。其中有cell, neuron, Journal of neuroscience, PNAS 好多篇。
而且他
1995年就回国了，那个时候国内的环境有多差不用说了吧。这也快20年了。比饶益
2007
年才全职回去多了12年。比起培养的中国学生也多多了，算国内贡献肯定不会小。如果
他一直留在国外，成就未必就比饶差。谁把饶益的文章列一列。国内多少篇，总共多少
篇，培养了多少中国学生？
