compensation，但是信号不够强。因为compensation只和dye有关系。可否这样，用于
compensation的group加dye后在四度时间放长一些，或者在室温放置，而样品还是放置
在4度30min。
这样compensation的信号应该会强一些，而且不会影响compensation的效果。这么说对
不对? 有没有这么做过？或者有什么其他的办法可以增强compensation的信号？

，在box 7（nonemployee compensation）填了相应金额。
我这几天报税仔细看了一下1099-misc和nonemployee compensation。
网上的常见说法是，如果1099-misc上用了nonemployee compensation而不是box 3（
other income），就说明你给payer提供了某种service，
那么就还必须按照self-employment的税率来收税，同时填报schedule SE。
但是对于h1b身份的话，显然self-employment肯定是不允许的。
所以我想问一下，因为我没有继续为前雇主工作（service rendered），而且这个收入
只是他们买回他们公司的股票，
是不是可以要求前公司重新发一张1099 misc，然后选择box 3（other income），这样
子就可以不去管self-employment那些乱七八糟的了？

今天看了生物Ph.d转行C.S的， 还有google nyc面经的帖子。 我觉得这些人太牛了。
可total compensation并不高， 尤其是生物Ph.d转行C.S的那哥们， 凭他的水平， 就
我所在的公司而言， total compensation大约是20万美元左右。 我们公司年初招了一
个人，
当场写code的题， 最难也就是字符串的combination。 另外一些JMS, SQL， 多线程的
问题。
这个人水平也不错， 但我估计他不可能做出生物Ph.d的1/3的准备的题。 当然， 他的
优势在于有绿卡， 有10年工作经验。 可是单纯论coding, algorithm能力， 常泡本版
的人都不会比他差。

on this past Monday. However, I didn't make to US until this past Wednesday
noon time. Roughly 36 hours later.
There were several delays: 1) six hours delay for late flight coming due to

没有官网什么的？官网有没有推荐去哪买？ 各个州是不是有各自的官网？ 本人在加州
，目前需要给自己公司的employee 买worker compensation insurance, 自己 （full
employee), 和一个contractor (contractor 大概不需要？）

选用1099-MISC, nonemployee compensation, Schedule-C
结果发现在Fedral Tax 计算1400A表收入中被重复计算,
12 Business Income, attach Schedule C:
19 Unemployment Compensation:
上面两项均出现相同收入数.
