PM个啥子哦?直接拿着一张officemax或者officedepot的coupon过去比什么都管用!
best buy,walmart什么的coupon都行,staples系统里面competitor coupon的list里面有好长一串名单,即使名单里面没有的competitor,小二还可以选“other”一项,让经理override。

2. 这个是常识吧。。。如果lowe's收了你的HD gc,给你货物。
他们又没法进入HD的系统把gc余额去掉,回头你挂失或者直接
上HD网上又能继续买东西了。lowe's岂不是送东西给你?。。。
收competitor的coupon,是因为你用了coupon,他们还有利润,
虽然少一些。你要是想用competitor的大额coupon,比如
20 off 20(如果有的话)之类的,他们肯定拒绝你。

你给的一个机器内部就算是本地clock这种说法是很不严格的,boombox是一个机器,PC
也是一个机器,带光驱的便宜home theater也是一个机器,这些机器里面数据从存储
media开始到放出声音,都要要经过不止一个时钟,离DAC最近的一个transmission
domain的时钟是很有可能被用来直接latch DAC data symbol。

ESS自己吹的一大“卖点”就是Sabre DAC不用transmission domain的clock来latch
DAC data symbol,这篇note里面还专门跟某“competitor DAC”做了比较测试数据,
competitor DAC是从transmission domain拿的clock。这里我个人觉得他们测试用的

For 1, why do you buy other companies liability with a stock purchase?
Anyone in the right mind would find ways to make asset purchase rather
than buying all the liability.
For 2, what is the competitor edge? Just because you want to create a
competitor doesn't mean there will be any customers. The customers could

这个完全看水平的。看你在同样进入onsite的competitors中间是否胜出。看有多少
competitors. 如果你够牛,当然就是100%。
有的时候公司可能就筛到只有2,3个人进onsite,那当然机会就很大了。
如果不够牛,又碰上老印或者老俄,那就没办法。

毕业离开学校已经3年多了,其实自打毕业后就一直想写一些找工作的体会和大家分享
,但是想法毕竟是想法,至于落实还是一拖再拖。一来自己老是试图找到一些偷懒的借
口,二来也总觉得自己好像还没静静思考而理出一个很好的头绪,深恐胡言乱语,最后
倒搞得弄巧成拙,误人子弟。
但是俗话说世事难料。过去几天,短短数日,恰逢职业生涯一落一起,虽谈不上是什么
大风大浪,过程上也没有什么大喜大悲,但是左右相顾,放眼所及,尽是同僚惶惶,不
禁颇有感触,当年找工作的那番辛苦历历在目。于是下定决心,抱着被狗血喷头的危险
在此涂鸦一把。
本文所提到的看法大都是在下的个人体会,因此对他人来说,不见得就能包治百病,所
以看客自己拿捏分寸。而此文也只当抛砖引玉罢了。
言归正传,谈谈找工作。

在现公司工作四年,核心项目,半年前刚升职,最近拿到direct competitor company'
s offer,base salary 涨 20%, 而且bonus比例高,不过title没长。
打算和原公司摊派,应该会有counter,不过不知道如果透露新东家是哪家是否合适。
如果原公司知道是competitor,counter应该会考虑这个因素,不过不知道透露了,会不
会有IP的concern,因为做的是同样的system。
一般这种情况,需要show 新offer letter 给原公司吗?如果原公司match的上,会考
虑不走,毕竟现在熟门熟路。

与LD两地,想换工作。进现在的公司的时候签过协议,如果离开公司XX月内不能在相同
领域的公司里工作。
我们公司在LD所在的城市没有合适我的position,外面找感觉就competitor公司的职位
比较match,这种情况下competitor公司的职位申请了会不会有麻烦啊?其实现在公司
对我不错,挺纠结的,唉!

这是我当年离开Epic时写的,本来想在Glassdoor上发表,但是censor没过,后来懒得
理这种烂公司,就束之高阁了;今天看到<那我就展开说说Epic>一文,颇有感触,拿

据,报FBI,否者没法进你家门。出卖你自己的就是你自己的嘴。competitor?嘿嘿,
这世界上都是competitor,遍地都是。
这有个例子。上次(大概是2008年左右)有个Intel的跑AMD去了,丫趁休假的时候(还
能上Intel内部网)下载了文件,然后走人辞职去AMD。丫老板早就要收拾他了,就报
FBI了。从丫家里搜出9张INTEL芯片的设计图纸。你上google去查,有这个例子。
话说回来了,从Intel跑AMD的多了去了,除了上面这个有证据的例子,你看见那个被抓
了?要这么干,AMD早完蛋了。AMD就喜欢找Intel出来的,不信你去Linkedin上去查。

拿到competitor的offer, 准备辞职,没有non-compete agreement的限制,准备给一周
或两周的notice。
肯定会被问到是不是Competitor
Option 1:
回答是,Walk out the door same day...干脆明了,professional, 没有什么legal
issue. 但就是好像比较难看,连和这么多年的同事告别的机会都没有。如果选择这种情
况就晚点再辞职了。
Option 2:
不回答任何关于去处的问题,这种情况下会有legal issue吗?
估计会影响到双方关系,会被威胁吗?
总体的原则是不要burn the bridge...大家能否分享一下经验和建议?

好眼力,这个公司现在两百多人,engineer不到50人。
最大的competitor wordpress现在估值1b+,上市的一般competitor不到1b。
感觉现在给的options真的是远小于预期,就算做到1b回报也是很少的。打算过两天管
HR多要要试试看,下个月还有F和G的onsite,看能不能边negotiate边拖着,看看F和G
的结果。

不能因为这一点就说华人上司道德品质有问题,这个心态啥种族都有,只是表现方式不
一样,文化差异而已。欧美上司跟你约翰亨利直呼其名勾肩搭背开会直来直去,这只是

觉得领导水平不行是老中独有的?老美不觉得自己领导差?
应该是资源问题,有competitor出现,你要当国家主席你就要24小时保镖了,你不能用
人,不会选人,选了自己的competitor, 或者下面人不服你,不愿意给你干,你也不能
说全是他们不好。
印度人一致对外?可能对事实还需要多了解下。

较近的competitor公司同样的职位正在招人。跟他们HR聊了一下感觉挺好的。但是他们
让我double check一下有没有noncompete agreement。
结果回家一查才发现现在的公司在入职的时候让我签了一个noncompete agreement。。
。说是半年之内不能去任何competitor的公司。
这种情况下我要怎么办啊。。。不告诉现在的公司下家可以么?新公司background
