我们这边的有一家cvs收competitor coupon,就能用rr,不过一般都不拿去用,除非实
在是滚不下去又没有什么可以烧的,因为rr的面值太大,怕把cvs搞得太狠,以后就不
收competitor coupon了。

如果网站想长期发展,还是不要尝试black hat的技巧了。吃亏是早晚的事。而且被
competitor发现了,他们去google举报你,你就惨了。换新域名的话,前面的工作白费
了,而且domain authority也会考虑域名的存在时间长短呐~ 因小失大就不划算了。
link building是一个很漫长的过程,social bookmarking, directory submission这
些当然有用,但是这种link是完全是靠走量的。好好做做onsite tags,也是可以的,
而且自己可控的多。一般的小网站,还是从onsite做起吧。
另外,Google Adwords里面的competition,不是说的SEO competition,是说的PPC
competition.做SEO看这个,是不准确的。
好好看看Google Analytics里面的数据,找合适的winnable keywords, 分析一下
competitor的SEO策略,再下手做。

大公司都很黑,但是一般都是黑自己的competitor和supplier。
像Google这样黑自己的partner,还是有点儿过于下作了。
先是CEO亲自出马打入Apple的board,把人家的机密,什么iPhone,tablet
之类都探听清楚了,然后自己回来赶紧抄袭。
抄袭吧又没有把握,所以忽悠了几个Moto之流的傻子,给自己抬轿子造舆论。
现在看着势头起来了,就自己推出这个N1。当然还是有点儿扭扭捏捏地,发布会上
还是把HTC也拉上了,虽然phone已经不打HTC的牌子了。
这个Moto的CEO也参加发布会,我看也是不得已。如果不去,岂不是更显得自己
是被耍了?去了以后发表了一番言论,宣称不认为N1是competitor。
Yeah right.
不过这家伙迟到了,号称是因为traffic。这个小动作有点儿意思。。。

我觉得earning 其实也还好 miss的不多
问题是management 在conference call上表现太差。Market understands the
difficulties AMR is facing and expects some kind of strategic plan or vision
from the management to address these problems but they saw none. CEO
basically kept saying "we will wait and see". wait and see if the broad
market recovers, wait and see if competitors would consolidate to improve

Iphone sales growth slowing is because the smartphone market is getting
saturated, not because its competitors are succeeding or a new type of
smartphone is evolving. PC shipments are slowing down, but MSFT is not dead
because it has a huge market share of operating systems for PC. So long as
AAPL's competitor is suffering, AAPL can keep its profit margin as well as
its market share. And if there is any innovation in new type of smartphones
from any company, I would put my bet on AAPL.

有同事跳到competitor那边,走了之后,同事们就狂说他坏话。所以,这种情况下,似

领域的公司里工作。

前话很长,略去。本人EB3,I140批,排期没到,有local competitor的offer,现在公
司有面临一个貌似很重要的critical delivery,就在9月份。我不是核心成员,但也有
活。manager是新过来的,最近天天训话,说公司上至大老板,VP都很关心和重视这个
project。给人感觉压力很大。我是不是该这时候辞职???我有不少前同事都在
competitor那边工作。还是跟给他们说说,能不能推迟推迟个把月。。。

求教版上大牛们:我公司A被competitor 公司B收购,之前我有两个专利未及发表。我
因故有意跳到另一家competitor公司C,想问问IP方面需要注意些什么。我知道已经做
出来的产品技术必然属于买家公司B,但是对于我在A期间所做的前期机理研究得到的结
论,和以后可能因此而衍生出的类似产品,我是否可以在新公司C继续做?我觉着这好

我报了AWARD,PUBLICATION,CONTRIBUTION。 相信不少人对如何报AWARD不是很了解。一路走来,发现EB1 对AWARD的要求非常高。具体表现在:
1. 必须是国家级甚至国际级的。也就是说省级不行。国家科技奖,发明奖,军队奖和中华医学科技奖,如果证据充分,是可以的。
2. 集体奖一定要小心。如果奖状上只有你一个人的名字,那么OK,否则容易被拒。详情请GOOGLE "Aug052010_01B2203.pdf"仔细读读这个AAO的案例
