发帖数: 137 | 1 上个星期去St Louis开会，顺便逛了一下，写个小游记吧。
（1）住宿
开会在Downtown，因为老板报销的钱有限，所以定旅馆的时候还是bid了，downtown附近
的旅馆很便宜。第一天是Hotwire上买的4星Hyatt含税就花了70刀多，不过房间很小，不
含早饭，所以不是特别满意，唯一好的就是地段。第二三天是priceline上bid的
Sheraton，
3.5星，不过房间大，checkin的时候加入了免费会员，送了两天的早饭，50刀一天。
（2）交通
因为主要是开会，而且downtown宾馆的停车费都很贵，所以就没有租车，主要靠轻轨和公
交。St Louis的Metro除了中餐馆，景点还是基本都可以到的。
（3）景点
Arch：St Louis地标建筑，可以做电梯上到顶俯瞰密西西比河以及St Louis downtown。
10刀，到了St Louis，这个是一定要去的。
Arch附近还有Old Courthouse和一个Old Church，我只在外面看了一下，有时间也

时的车赶到Carlsbad去。我们早上8点出发，先在Tucson downtown转了转，感觉Tucson
还真是小啊，就这还号称AZ第二大城市？还赶不上天津一个区。。。downtown也没什么
，就有个教堂 （El Presidio Plaza Park - 400 South Main Avenue, Tucson, AZ
85701），还有个色彩非常新艳的小房子，不知道是什么，再之后去了Pima County
Courthouse (115 N Church Ave, Tucson, AZ 85701), 都没有什么太大的意思，我们
也没有多耽误时间，直接就去了National Park。
这个park被Tucson市分为东西两区，看网上的介绍说是西区比较有意思，那我们就把东
区pass掉了。从Tucson downtown开车20分钟左右吧，就到了Saguaro National Park的

发帖数: 809 | 4 冬至前后，正是一年里日头最短的时节。为了把每日游玩时间最大化，我们秉承日出而
作、日落也不息的作风，每天踩着旅馆开始供应早饭的点吃饭，就着7点半左右的第一
缕日光开始一天的行程。今天是Arches NP。早上从住的旅馆出来，车窗上结了厚厚一
层霜，日出前室外大概有零下十几摄氏度。忘记带刮车窗的东西了，钻进去暖了好一阵
子车。Arches就在我们住的小镇Moab边上，圣诞节的早上，镇上唯一的一条主街冷冷清
清，只有几盏单薄的彩灯高高的挂在路灯上，装点着不甚浓郁的气氛。整条街除了旅馆
、饭店，就是提供各种户外活动的商店。穿过街道，路的右边很快就是进Arches的大门
。沿着山路开了一小段，第一个观景点俯瞰的是脚下贯穿Moab而过的HWY 191。这里是
Moab地震带，现在看到穿谷而过的191就是地震造成的地质层错位的结果。太阳应该已
经起床了，只是还没爬到马路对面的石壁顶上，怪冷的；对面和这一侧的石头们因为没
有阳光的照射，色彩很是黯淡。
继续沿着盘山路往上走，左侧一路都是形状各异的石柱，这要放在国内，该给编出多少

因为有一次法院传唤我，一个车祸的事情，可是我搬家了，就没收到。越南房东也没
forward我，我也没去usps做forward。结果现在法院发了arrest warrant。paypal的背
调查了出来。收回了offer，我现在找hr，说希望可以hold住。这个warrant是2年前发
出来的。我都一直没收到。
这个该怎么办？要我自己去courthouse 自首还是要找个律师？我不想被拍照，像电影
那样。一直都是守法的良民。不知道这件事情该如何处理 |

到了夏威夷，当然一定要去一次luau.最有名的luai是old lahaina luau. 但是打电话
问时，整个7月的座位都满了，都已经都订到8月底了。于是订了海边的Royal lahaina
luau.
先说说lahaina这个小镇吧，在west maui。我的破相机，也一点没有ps, 拍出来是这样
的色彩，海和天蓝的象画一样。

海边的椰子树。
据说是全夏威夷最古老最大的百年大榕树和老的courthouse.
最早中国移民建的致公堂（wohing temple)。
其实在夏威夷看到的中国面孔不算多。大概是因为这样，售票的老太太拉住我说了很久
很久。可惜我听力不好，听她说dr. sun啥的也迷迷糊糊的。以为这个temple就是类似
一个土地庙，兼有同乡会的功能。后来回去google一下，才知道，这是一个类似天地会
的组织，当年孙中山在这里募集到了不少款用于革命。大厅里的舞狮，早期移民的老照
片，厨房里还有当年的炊具，想起罗大佑唱的《传说》，异乡的流浪，归不去的放逐，
是什么样的滋味，落叶与老根，故乡的风尘，是故事中的传说。 |

早上六点，被手机的闹表叫醒。不同的是，不是在家里，而是将近200miles的iowa小镇
Dubuque的hotel.
迅速的穿好衣服。放上点钱，关掉手机。穿鞋。出门。
可能是因为在更西边的缘故。天亮更迟一些。所以跑出去还感觉很黑。
决定先顺第四街往东。
住的hotel比较特别。不是什么星级的，甚至都不是连锁的那种。
也不算motel.很老，但是还算干净。(网上有review说scary我倒没有感觉到:)
有点另类的是大堂的沙发放了俩印第安假人。。
位置很好，算'downtown'。就在和Iowa welcome center同样一个block.
窗户就可以看到courthouse的金色圆顶。
东边就是Port of Dubuque. river musuem还有casino.西边就是Fourth Street
Elevator

the court you filed the form in, and see what's required to file a reply to
motion to dismiss. The local rules can be found on the court's website or
you can request a copy from the courthouse.
Since you're a layman, the judge won't pick on your procedual mistakes too
much. Just clearly lay down the reasons and supporting facts in response to
each of his basis to dismiss your case, and say the case should not be
