近受到从 palo alto courthouse 的信．给了三个选择：直接交钱（＄２３８），上
法庭，上驾校（＄２９０＋学费）．第一次碰到开车罚单，请大家指点几个问题：
－ 如果直接交钱， 保险会涨多少，涨多久？用ＧＥＩＣＯ有四年了，现在全保～＄

－ 如果上驾校，除了＄２９０罚款，驾效另外要交多少钱？要脱产上课吗？保险还涨
不涨?
－ 老婆很快就不再开车上班．我打算把她名字从保险上去掉．这样一来车保险是不是
