痱子是捂的，家里暖气开太大，宝宝脐带不掉不敢给洗澡，后来注意通风天天洗澡就好
了。湿疹只耳朵上有，红色的整个耳朵好像肿起来一样，一直不下去，医生开了
hydrocortison，涂了一次就下去了。baby acne没有管，两星期自己下去的，最后眉毛
有一点黄色的crust，好像脓水结痂一样，老不下去，就涂了消炎的药膏（nystatin
and triamcinolone acetonide），也是医生开的，就都好了。皮肤粗糙很小的疙瘩吗
？如果是可能是baby acne吧？ |

发帖数: 468 | 5 小娃七周刚开始。脸上的baby rash已经持续两周了，由脸颊一路蔓延到头上、耳后、
脖子和胸脯上。原来不怎么厉害的左脸昨天也开始爆发。重灾区就是脸颊和下巴（如图
）。
前两天去看儿医，他说是baby acne。但是那症状看起来好像比baby acne严重多了。出
疹子地方的疙瘩越来越大，表面摸起来有些粗糙，有些硬，像是覆盖了一层薄薄的
crust。有几个地方出现了很细小的黄色颗粒，我一开始还以为是用了金银花水后没擦
干净留下的沉淀物。有些地方开始蜕皮（脸颊和下巴）。下巴的地方看起来表面似乎泛
着一层黄光。
娃因为发怒或者伸懒腰而涨红了脸的时候，疹子会增加，密密麻麻的看着吓人。如果他
比较平静或者室内有空调的时候，疹子就会褪很多。我尝试了Aquaphor和Aveeno
Eczema Therapy，也不知道是过敏反应还是有其它的因素在作用，每次一涂上，疹子就
如雨后春笋般地往外出，吓得我再也不敢用了。现在每天只是用拧干的软毛巾给娃擦三
次脸。 |

儿医让我们用selsun blue(成人去屑洗发乳)和baby oil 交替着使用。
我们每天给他抹baby oil,然后用mustela的shampoo洗洗,Selsun Blue没敢多用。
但每次用baby oil清理干净后，隔天马上又长了一堆出来。
已经2个多礼拜了，还是没改善，请问大家有什么更好的方法吗？谢谢！
BTW,宝宝脸上和身上都有起红疹子，很粗糙，儿医说是cradle cap spreading out，脂
溢性皮炎(seborrheic dermatitis)，不是eczema。也让我们用selsun blue涂脸上，但
selsun blue味道太刺鼻了，我实在下不了手。
这个脂溢性皮炎清理方法和湿疹一样吗？感觉很像是湿疹。
我给宝宝涂aquaphor，好像能稍微控制住，但也是隔几天会发疹子。。。苦恼啊 |

see if your family has it. Most people have it without showing symptoms (
google cold sore) When oral herpes is active, you will see the bubbling rash

可能的了，希望大家别觉得我虎头蛇尾啊…
确实我家的情况不是三言两语能说清楚的，那我就只针对大家讨论的比较多的再说说吧。
1. 平时确实都是先读书再吃早饭的。说到这个就要扯个我家的小习惯，起床每人都
先灌一杯清水（LD非常注重养生），然后会歇个15分钟再吃早饭。所以这段时间女儿除
了穿衣服梳头，就会被LD要求用来读中文。昨天做project算是特殊情况，而且回答大
家的问题，女儿确实是自己同意喝完水先做project的（做project当然比读中文fun多
了）。Izze其实说得比较贴近实际情况，虽然平时是先读书再吃早饭，但是昨天女儿起
来喝完水开始做project，花了大概二三十分钟的样子，做完后女儿喊饿了，我就说那
你赶紧吃饭吧。女儿就跑去打开柜子要拿东西，这时候爸爸喝止说先读书的。爸爸说要
先读书的时候，女儿抗议了-“可是我饿了！”这时候我才说“女儿都起来快一个小时
了，估计是饿了，要不先吃完早饭再读书也可以吧。”然后LD还是说不行。

Durham也有一家。昨天和LD去试了试，感觉还行。在15/501上，TOYOTA dealer 旁边，
BP加油站对面那个shopping center里面。哪里还有Chili's，Bojangle's，Hibachi
Grill China buffet，TJ Maxx，和 Jo-Ann。
这是pizza buffet。11am-9pm。每人4.99 （点水的话）。其他饮料1.69/杯。
有生菜沙拉，Chicken noodle soup，面包，各色Pizza，甜点。
沙拉很新鲜，我很爱。汤虽然像是罐头汤汤做的却也温热好喝。
他家的Pizza虽是buffet pizza，却很好吃。至少他不会太咸太油腻。饼皮不厚所以可
以试试各种口味。我比较喜欢他们的菠菜pizza和一种thin crust pizza （馅包在饼里
，好像有pepperoni和cheese）。其他还有很多种口味，只是我这人就只捡爱吃的，没
顾上去试试其他的了。甜点到后来都没吃上因为之前吃得太饱了。不过我记得在亚特兰

The key is right temperature/time/dry surface.
Buy a steak 1 1/2 inch or 2 inch thick...it is almost impossible to cook it
well if it is too thin.
I wet age my steak in a vac sealed bag for about 1 week and then dry it in
the fridge wrapped in paper tower to remove the water content.
Take your steak and let it sit in room temperature for at least 30min-1 hour
. Salt it with the best sea salt you have (coarse kosher salt |

Drying aging let water evaporates from the beef while aging..so the flavor
is stronger and denser.
Wet aging is done in vac sealed bag..so it keeps the fluid in the steak..
I usually do one-day dry aging before cooking..it creates a good crust even
without high temperature.. |

at how much he spent on a rice cooker. but now, all my cheaper rice cookers
are dead, Zojirtushi is still going strong. No need to pre-soak if you cook
brown rice; never has rice crust (guo ba) at the bottom. |
