亚麻自营，要是amex里的offer 60 off 15还没用正好可以用。我自己就用得这款，感
觉不错，特别是cuff是硬的，自己单只手很好操作，明显比我以前在国内给父母买的那
款的软cuff要容易操作。
电子血压计还是要臂式的，腕式的不太好，也便宜些。水银的血压计备一个偶尔用用，
国内如果有医保的话，水银的好像不用买，医保应该cover，我父母的就是找医生开的
。我父母都血压不好，都用omron，感觉挺好的，现在水银的已经不用了。 |

和身体的接触面积, 圆环上只有几个点接触身体, 类似铁处女. 其实相当于用个clamp
把肌肉夹住.
pressure cuff的接触面积太大, 会把血液流动都阻断, 也起不到点按摩的效果. 你不
能直接把突起加在cuff的内表面, 那样压力起来之后, 突起缩回去会按摩cuff而不是肌
肉. 最多套在刚性物体的外面调节压力, 但是那样没有优势吧. |

Jack Blushi”的用户忽然跑路了。上星期，“Blushi”在留言处对Song和Verdu展开各
种人身攻击，而就在前两日，此人将之前的留言删除的一干二净，夹着尾巴逃跑了。此
人显然未用实名，真实身份还不可知，但从其发言的语气可见应该是Cuff和Im的同党。
而此人的pattern又和Im如出一轍。据同系同学透露，Im之前曾在社交网络上大肆发表
污蔑Verdu的话，而也是在前几天偷偷地删掉了。（似乎此女很擅长删东西）当然这也
只是凭空猜测。又有熟悉Im写作风格的人士透露，这英文不像是她写的。因为之前Im在

用在SPINNING上的好处：1)线细而断点高，可以在SPINNING上上足够的线；2)用在
SPINNING上时由于走线呈切线式，所以咬线要好得多；3)Chinese Finger Cuff后的
LOOP TO LOOP连接，大大地减少阻力，抛饵更远，并且换线方便，非常适合SPINNING
的POPPING时采用 |

performance. I finally settled with a pair with low cuffs because they give
me a lot ankle flex. Scarpa tends to have high and small cuffs. After
