两年前肩动手术.两笔上千的帐AETNA不付．有一笔说是PRE CONDITION还比较好处理．
另一笔,是我两年前动手术,术后医生建议用GAME READY的机器敷冰,说是INSURANCE
COVER．
后来AETNA不付帐，说：aetna consider the cold therapy unit experimental and
investigational because they have not been proven to offer clinically
significant benefits over cryotherapy with the croyo cuff of ice bags/packs.
..... not necessary/medically necessary under the plan. 整个就是胡扯,一会就
化,不能全罩住的冰袋能跟24小时敷冰机比.

你说的那种dress shirts/pants都可以去ross dress for less, and Filene's
Basement 在岛上挺多的。tjmaxx也可以。
记得弄一件稍微好点的french cuff的衬衫,配上袖扣.Filene's Basement还有好多
gucci之类的领带。
鞋子,我推荐上6pm买.不过要等到它们打折. 上次买了双意大利的鞋子,感觉很好,才100
都不到.不过你要知道自己的码和了解那鞋子才好买。
suit就不知道了. 不过谁上班穿suit?都穿blazer/sport coat吧.b-casual就这么定义
的。不然就是b-formal啦.

这几天就盘算着LD的monogram的shirts快要运过来了，昨晚去UPS track order还是不available，今天早上check竟然11-am deliver了，赶紧去楼下取，不出所料，一个小时的时间包裹又被偷了！自从上次丢东西，我就在门口留了个push doorbell 的note，不知道为什么UPS又没有push！真不知道小偷为什么这么无耻，几件衣服有什么好偷的。French cuff的衬衣，袖口处都是LD的initial，就是偷了，怎么穿哪！？ 这边怎么说也是Ivy league，治安什么时候这么差了？
几个星期前丢了一个装咖啡和绿茶的包裹，写信要了refund。这次发现丢了又气急败坏的跟客服联系，espresso色的sweater已经没有了，Paul Fredrick决定给refund，shirts则要继续给monog |

拉登，现在全世界最先进的textile machine都集中在中国了，GA，Zegna,甚至像
Cerruti这样的老牌haute couture都在国内造的, burberry的总厂也搬到东莞了。建议
下次有机会回国可以先去北京秀水市场的四楼看看，那里有专门买料子的和n多tailor。
从料子来说，有各种支数和颜色的棉布，化纤的，羊毛的可以选，从tweed、到各种
checkered pattern，到高支数的各种shade的pin stripe（130's and
higher)，应有尽有。
从style来说，量体定做的dress shirt 是120rmb一件，样式随便定，他们可以做出各
种领子和袖子的style，比如spread collar，traditional english，oxford，
american，tall， shallow，french cuff，slim tapered cut等等。西装也是一样。
我上次是直接拿GQ和Men's Vogue过去，那儿的tailor 看一眼就知道是什么style，
