这大概要看 "access" 怎么定义。
如果是通过任何手段“主动”影响，那么就跑不掉了。如果说完全因为别人同情，我觉
得不算 access。另外，即使是有能力“主动”影响，也不见得就一定有谎言，有内幕
在里面，只是说如果怀疑有内幕的话，这种“主动”的影响会使得公众人物一方更强势
，因而法律应该更倾向于另一方。

前一段请一个real estate agent帮我们卖房子，服务和态度都非常不让我满意。最后
一个电话对方态度很粗鲁，说要解除合约，直接挂掉我电话。我再打电话过去，对方不
接，我很生气，留言说不满意，要在论坛上留review。之后发短信告诉对方会去BBB
file complaint。
今天接到对方律师函，把所有错都推到我头上，说，如果我去向BBB投诉，我的
complaint就是defamatory,他们就会起诉我。
请问，如果我向BBB投诉（我的投诉会基于事实），他们是否真的可以起诉我？起诉我
，他们的胜算的可能性有多大？
就他们给我发律师函，威胁我不得向监管机构投诉这件事来说，他们这样做是否违法？
或者违反行业规定？

在说Internet，我就没有提。用书面口头区分比较复杂。但是slander词源是scandal，
所以一般slander的特点是: defamatory, causing actual damages. Internet在BBS上
发文算libel有过前例。不过derogatory words这方面也算slander。维基很有用，不过
有时候讲得不会太深太细的。
