多数，估计总数在 690
Trump拿到了1526里的690，只有近45%，要拿到1237，在剩下的delegates中要拿到58%
。看起来可能性不大，但是不是的
最重要的理由：前期按比例分配的州居多，而后期赢家能赢得更大比例。九百多个
delegates中，有三分之二非常有利于赢家，其中两百多更是winner takes all，像
Arizona和NJ
其次，参赛人数减少。
第三，有很多选票是给选区winner的，不管选区人多少。Trump在人口密度低的选区有
优势，所以在总票数一样的情况下能拿到更多选区winner
第四，按比例分配的州有250左右的delegates，其中NY占了95，而NY拿到超过一半选票

，每人在convention上可以投一票，但bound的delegate在bound的轮次里得按初选的结
果投,这个理解对吧。
如果对，那么问题来了，那些被赢者通吃的州和区里的delegate很清楚该投谁，但那些
被按比例分配的州和区怎么办？比如昨天纽约州的某个区的结果是Trump拿到两票，
Kasich拿到一票。那到了Convention上，这三个delegate谁投Trump，谁投Kasich? 是
Trump和Kasich事先指定好，还是说到时候把这三人抽象地打成“一包选票”，就说你
甭管我们具体谁选谁，反正我们仨这轮两票归Trump，一票归Kasich? 当然数字上看，
这和指定好是等价的，但看上去挺滑稽的。

里面运行流程是这样的：
A(); B(); C();
这个很死板，函数ABC预先要写好，编译/链接的时候必须能分别找到B的符号和实现。C
++的扩充思路是继承或者虚方法一类的，这个也必须在运行前就定死。
Delegate的思路是，不直接调用 B()，而是把B改成一个函数指针，平时指向一个特殊
值（比如self/NULL）。

上面程序变成

if ( NULL ！= B) { //这个if可以控制B是must or optional

C();
这样在运行时B可以被动态赋予一个任意的函数指针。只要这个函数满足B希望的参数/

protocol，任何其他对象函数实现了这个protocol列出来的各种函数interface，再把

你确实想了解delegate的话，可以从早期iOS的一个模版了解。
use case：
你需要这么个功能， a 界面列出所有的产品，b界面是个filter窗口，只用来筛选苹果
产品的。
操作逻辑是，用户点a界面上的一个按钮，出现b，选择b上的苹果，b消失，a再现，内
容只有苹果了。
这里有个内容传递过程，b的苹果选择到a界面后更新的过程。
这个实现办法在objetivc－C有很多种，在这几种办法里，delegate是一种比较make
sense的设计办法。
在b设计这个delegate 的protocol，在a中注明，如果是required，a必须执行 － 能起
到让a更新自己数据的功能。
在b中trigger这个protocol 方法，完成b该完成的事情，将选择传递给a

不用去了。delegate常用在table view的一个cell的add/udpate,这样delegate是母体
table view,add/update其实是在add/update母体的数据，所以用母体做delegate是很

首先是普选，赢的人就是民心所向。
如果普选不能赢，那么delegates是从老党员，经常服务于党的选举的人里面选出来的
，自然是比普通只参加一次选举的选民有更大的发言权。
但是在今年作弊大王领导下，这个制度的缺陷就明显的显示出来了。
看看popular vote, cruz和kasich都是小丑，没有多少人支持，特别在人口大州，选举
操纵无法左右大局的地方，明显是trump支持度远远高于其他两个。在这种情况下，如
果delegates在第二或第三轮选出cruz, 那是滑天下之大稽的。 |

delegates制度，是为了在几个候选人非常相近，比如40：38的情况下，由有更多选举
经验和政治关注的老党员来决定谁担任党的总统候选人。但是这个制度的设计者并没有
