部的。对buyer来说，200万以下的房子他们senior一点的agent可能不会过问。但如果
你买300万的，他们就会比较上心了。另外他们的合伙人都是厉害角色，其中一个是律
师。你的买卖如果真有什么问题，他们还是蛮有办法的。 |

功率，可延续性，和可复制性。你要是这样持续下去，你就是warren buffet #2了，但
是, the odd is not on your side.
比较如下几种致富方法，我的总结是个人觉得所有致富手段都不容易复制。有的依靠
timing/luck的，连本人都不能复制。我觉得1,2还是比3,4靠谱。借用我的经验，成功
关键是work on things you have more control than those you don't have control
.下面的清单，明显前面的几个个人控制力和预测力最强，后面几个最弱。
1.做老板：成功率随个人性格，方法，行业，不太可复制，延续性非常好。
比如：精算子，blogcity, tonyxu, Ken Deleon
2.打工IPO：成功率随机遇，不太可复制，延续性非常好。
比如：facebook员工。
3.炒股，炒bond：成功率取决于人，不可复制，某些人不可延续自己成功。
4.买彩票：成功率小，不可复制，不可延续。 |

他们，那整个commission也会少2.5%。注意这主要是鼓励seller选它家卖房子，因为他
们并不去拿这2.5%。
实际操作来看，便宜房子会让他们赚不了什么，但他们可以自由选择是不是接那个活，
所以问题不大。
但真要改变整个行业，需要把百分比based的系统改成阶梯性bracket，房价超过一定程
度，就近乎flat fee了，比如卖10m的房子也许就比卖3m的多个5万，而不是35万。 |

，到现在的4.0 level，什么level都打过了。
在4.0的单打比赛中，如果遇到这人，估计自己只能死翘翘了。但他怎么还能在5.5
level里面混，又在今年1-2月份的4.5level里面混，4场4.5的Singels全都赢了。这种
人，还能在4.0的里面混. 是隐藏的好？还是4.0的里面没人去complain？
