但是现在究竟是在MTR还是BALCA具体不知道（律师太不给力）。File上去之后3个礼拜
我查到我的case是“Appeal“ status， 但是上个礼拜（就是file之后第4个礼拜）
status变成了”In Process“。过程中律师说没收到任何DOL的通知或者update，所以
想问一下，从”Appeal“变成了”In Process“是代表有希望吗？貌似曾经在trakkit
还是哪里看到过说如果perm overturn了denial的decision就会back to“In Process”
， 有人有过这样的经历吗？ |

第一部分：Learner Permit
在正式可以上路学车之前，每一个学员必须拿到一张学车证，也就是Learner Permit.
相当于理论考，而报考需要提供Social Security Number (SSN)，没有SSN的同学则需
要提供相关证明。方法是去Social Secutity Office申请一张Denial Letter，用来证
明你现在的身份无法申请SSN。距市中心最近的office地址是10 Causeway Street
Boston, MA. 也可以上www.ssa.gov查找距离你比较近的office.

I had the same problem as you last year and had to appeal and got approved
by NICS 6 months later.
My understanding is that once you got denied, you have to appeal the case
and clear out the record as soon as possible. Otherwise, the denial record
will be with you for a long while which will make impossible for you to
purchase any firearms in the future. |

denial craig眼睛好小啊，好蓝啊！像两颗小钻石。他虽然不漂亮但是气质上来
说也像个007的样子。这部比以前的多了些爱情激情戏(可能因为我记忆里的007还处在
60、70年代)，我心目中的007不该那么痴情的，不太适应007一本正经一往情深的样子
。剧情比MI3好，对白也比MI3好(指听明白的部分，还有不少我听不明白)。女主角比较
失败，没有邦德女郎的风采。场面好，有一场飞机从汽车顶上擦过，最好的是威尼斯那
场一栋大楼慢慢倒塌的镜头。风景非常漂亮，那个深山里的叫什么monte cristo 的

这两周观察下来，觉得有些韩粉丝已经进化到bargaining阶段了。
无论天才韩是真是假，这种心态变化对个体心理健康都是都是正面积极的。

昨天我看到的H1B petition状态变为 “Decision Made”但是只说“review completed
”没有说是“approval” 还是“DENIAL”。小女子想问问，如果是DENIAL的话：
1. 我有什么补救办法吗？听说可以花钱找个烂学校挂着包住身份，然后等秋季读书或
者用烂学校的CPT拖到明年4月再申请H1B。这样做有啥坏处吗？烂学校的这个经历会影

是道德允许的还是没有的,也没说有没有什么行为参与,很难让人理解成仅仅是"起心动
念".
2)你把"浪漫的男女关系"降低成"起心动念"了,然后你赞美这个机会,
把"起心动念"转化成了"对人对己的慈悲".
我还是不同意,1)道德不允许的就是错误的,提婚姻是因为这是在道德范畴内的.
2)这种"起心动念"不值得赞美,这是我们的分歧,也不可能转化成"对人对己的慈悲".
我坚持"对人对己的慈悲"一定要建立在无欲的基础上,先搞清楚这个
"起心动念"是否是好的,因为这一定是私的,有欲望的,所以不应该有的,
然后才能建立真正的慈悲.
我不喜欢很多人给自己找借口,把很多东西说成是成长必须的,
这里其实很微妙的,明明自己没做好,自己为什么不感觉到羞耻呢,
反而说这是应该被宽容的,这是对我们精神境界提高有易的.
必需的,不可避免的,人可以给自己宽容的理由,
而这个就是有"爱心"的表现吗?
