485,他们会简单回复我，要我联系奥本。如果我要求他们和奥本合作，这显然牵涉到他
们跨部门合作，作为外人要求他们办不是他们自己能够内部解决的事情，比较容易被官
话打发掉。

令人失望。因为被他拖了2个多月，错过了rate最低的那段时间，欲哭无泪。前些时候
我发了个帖子，但没有披露名字。很多人发消息问我，现在我就公布一下此公的大名，
不为别的，就是要提醒诸位要做贷款吸取我的教训。此公姓柯名正，洋名James，经常
在新泽西的中文报纸上登大幅人头广告。我的贷款申请在他那儿拖了2个多月，最后还
是没有做下来。其中的故事太多了，说起来要气死人。
1）一开始此公非常客气，和蔼可亲，娓娓道来，给了一个非常诱人的rate，加上
cashback。看了我的材料，拍胸脯说没问题，然后详细解释为什么我的背景如此过硬，

try keeping your F1 status valid, and at least you will be able to work
legally doing PhD level jobs with a good salary, and maybe file your own I-
140 soon. Your LG has always been illegal, so no worse than he was before

顺便指出来，你洋洋洒洒这么多字，更多的好像是情绪宣泄啊，个人感情色彩太明显了

你写的太长，我就不一一指出问题了。至于你怀疑的99%的科学家相信气候变暖一说，
我可以给你找出来很多paper，不过我估计你不会去看，也不一定能看得懂，最起码
ipcc报告的作者，近1000名世界著名的科学家是支持气候变暖一说的。这样把，你就把
相信气候没有变暖的科学家列个名单给我我看看到底有多少个，当然特别著名的那两个
就不用列了，他们民声已经大大的坏了，你列出来只会给我攻击的靶子。
另外，我随便copy了wiki上的一点内容，上面指出科学界达成气候变暖的共识了，麻烦
你再多花点时间，严肃的给wiki指出来他们的错误，你有一种锲而不舍的品质，我看好
你。

Hi all,
I have B2 status and my I-94 is going to get expired on 5th July, 2011 and I
've applied for I-539 (Application to extend non-immigrant status) on 17th
May, 2011 (i.e. 48 days before my status expires). Now I my concern is that,
what happens if the decision is pending and my I-94 gets expire? Will I be
able to stay in US and if I stay, am I considered as "out of status"?

TSC 总共 74 个 case, 50% (37 个) Approval, 35% (26个）Denial.
从这个整体数据对比上看 NSC 似乎也不是像传说中的那么恐怖 ，
NSC 总共 70 个 case, 46% (32 个) Approval, 40% (28个）Denial.
TSC IO 分析如下：
382，老好人，4 个 case, 全放。
399, 和事佬，9 个 case, 杀 4 个，放了 5 个。
1014, 和事佬，12 个 case，杀 1/4 (25%) 留一半 (42%)。
100，变态杀手， 9 个 case, 杀 8 个 (89%) 放了 1 个(11%) 通杀。
其他，样本数太少，分析不具代表性。
下面是从 Attitude收集的数据整理的 CSV 格式的数据，

数激增！q3 140 批准由2万5，而q1&2总共才3万。
FY2011:I140 Data
Q1-Q2:
Completions = 35,331
Approvals = 30,820
Denials = 4,511 (12.77%)
Q3:
Completions = 26,838
Approvals = 24,757
Denials = 2,081 (7.75%)
Q1-Q3:
Completions = 62,169
Approvals = 55,577
Denials = 6,592 (10.60%)
Looking at Q3 - 140 approvals are almost doubled and the denial ratio
dropped significantly, means more EB2ROW-M-P(485) into the pipeline for Q4. |
