cash 支票。denial 是拒绝了申请，要cash 支票。我真的不知道还有denial 这个事情
，而且我一直都在说 reject，他给扯出来一个denail是毛个意思呀，还说我confuse
他。
1就是他说的reject，支票会退回来，可以在file第二次第三次
2就是denial，支票会被cash，申请费不退，也不能在file（uscis case statues上就
会显示decision）了，就是你说的“eventually got rejected”

经过版里筒子一顿教训，楼主知错了。。H1B的确来之不易。。楼主也想好了，先保H1B
为重。
没想到今天又有新进展！！
新公司的HR打电话来说，他们有可能说服律师帮楼主transfer H1B！但有一个前提：无
论denial还是approval，都必须选择新公司了，i.e.，不能说transfer denial的话还
想回旧公司。
现在楼主想跟大家分享一下最近搜索到的所有关于10月之前transfer的信息。也求大家
知道的信息和input！
1. 楼主给至少15个移民律师打过电话，大概一半说可以，一半说不行。说不行的律师
大多提到了移民局最近的新规定新理解，就是10月之前的transfer不能exempt from
cap。而在2014年之前都是可以的。
2. 在所有说可以的律师里面，楼主选择了张大钦律师进行深入交谈并做了500刀的付费

司的律师说h4不用重新申就没管了，结果现在收到rfe说f2十月一号就过期了，不是合
法身份。我现在在让律师给uscis回复，但她给了三种可能，1是approval，2是denial
，从denial那天开始计算180天，3是denial，从十月一号开始计算180天。不知道有没
人了解第三种情况有多大可能。我老婆现在怀着老二，要非得回国重新签的话太不方便

denial 73（其中3个是Denial without RFE），通过116，RFE 207，通过率看起来是
116/(73+116)＝61%。
RFE 后denial率为（73-3)/207＝34%，通过率66%，与各位战友共享。

efile+pp. 在认真有力的阐述两点后，下次你是一次过的。
我觉得不用担心IO看到denial notice的问题，人都是有好奇心的，一旦看到denial
notice, 估计会稍微多看看你的材料，看看为啥被denial. 只要这次能够准备充分，判
断就会in your favor.

周五，3.29日，早上收到了denial notice
但在denial前，直至此刻，周六，PP Clock也没start，所以也不知道这个denial是来
自pp的，还是normal process的...

Also, in my opinion, the 485 denial rate is not a small number.
According to USCIS data, the 485 overall denial rate is around 10%, the EB

记得EB23版的版花也去过NSC的open house。如果搜关键词，就能找到比如NAFSA去参加
open house的笔记。摘录一些觉得比较有意思的地方。当然，这些信息是来自2014和
2015的open house了，有的信息没准过时了，仅供参考和娱乐只用。很多东西估计版友

一个小小建议，从这里可以看出mm是很自信的人，但是，有一点点不成熟啊。客观地说
，如果只有三五个人，的确可以挑出“最漂亮”的一个，但如果基数大了，比如
class2012，一届的女生最少也有几十个以上吧，那就是环肥燕瘦，各有千秋，很难挑
出“最漂亮”的一个。因为漂亮是很主观的东西，每个人审美观不同。
人们在外面socialize都会比较客气，挑好听的话说。老师和同学们赞你是最漂亮的女
生，不代表他们不这样赞美其他人。有分寸的人应该心里有数，知道自己长的不错，但
如果就真的真心认为自己是“最漂亮的女生”......很不成熟啊。
性格决定命运，一个不成熟的性格，会令自己在生活上多走弯路，甚至遇到曲折。mm说
“9月找到工作 10月开始上班 11年3月份雇主毁约 不support H1b 跳槽”，这个时候
mm已经在这间公司工作5个月了，雇主对mm必然已经很了解。其实是否sponsor H1b对公
司来说是小事情，尤其是没有死板规定的小公司，籍口不support H1b 跳槽很可能只是
对你工作不满的一个表达。
