以自己要出差价。不过当时dental office的人报价的时候是讲清清楚楚的。
你这个case， dentist并没有多收你钱，但是dentist的小米刚开始没有搞清楚或者讲
清楚，所以他们也有责任吧，可以试着argue一下子？ |

First, check the bill in detail. In my case, I found that the charges that
the insurance company regurates are different from the charges by the
dentist. I argue with the dentist that, since he is the in-network doctor,
he should agree with the price that is set by the insurance company.
Otherwise, it is misleading.
In the end, I didn't pay the extra they charged me. |

不过有一点和我了解到的不同。据我所知 An in-network dentist is supposed to
charge patients contracted price, regardless whether the benefit maxes or
not that year. I could be mistaken though. That might be just the insurance
providers that I know of. But for people who are charged outrageously, it
doesn't hurt to ask your own insurance provider to make sure. And dentists
mostly just bill the private rate to begin with and let the network
insurance provider make the adjustment later.

不做的。一般cleaning别说了，就算是deep cleaning,也是hygenist做的。好的
hygenist做的也很好，不一定要dentist才做得好 |

Shimasaki is the first we tried after we moved here, and we both like him.
His office is a little bit on the expensive side (compared to my previous
dentist in another part of the country), but that should not be a problem if
you have insurance. The crew are nice and the facility is really good. |

Yes, I too have seen some dentists suggesting whole body anesthesia for my
daughter. I never returned because I would never consider whole anesthesia
to such young child. The two I used are very good. They will do what's best

医生一般不会看一个病人前都先问保险啦收费啦。 那是前台的事。当然你事先知道自
己保险cover的范围和额度， 可以向他提，看看自己要掏多少腰包。这种在大病的事候
很常见。至于常规的东西一般不会太出格大部分人也懒得问。大妈要每次看牙医都要受
一次金钱上的折磨。建议事先谈好价。就像在中国菜场买菜， 就说五块的萝卜来两斤
，三块的青菜来五斤。这样就没事后的烦恼了。
认识一位三叠国顶尖Dental Implant specialist. 做过上千例Implant ， Socal 很多
别的牙医都听过他上的课。但Implant dentist 要和你regular dentist合作的，一个
拔牙种根管，另一个做CROWN。 所以最好不要自己随便拉一个来。
最后看来大妈家是女主外，男主内啊。外事要靠火力猛的大妈来搞定啊。时间长了你家
