敏性，平衡能力，意志力就像木桶的各块板。 而总的运动水平由那块短板来决定。各
项身体素质的训练，对于不同sports来说，都有个临界点，也就是所谓的point of
diminishing returns。 过了这个临界点，再继续就没太大收获了。比如对格斗来说，
point of diminishing returns，squat deadlift 为2倍体重，做到三倍的并不比两倍
的有优势，因为其他短板会限制你能用出多少力量。举重需要柔韧性，但也决不需要到
体操的水平，只要够用的就可以了。

，在这里就是3和7b两个音，那个5被我扔了。具体第三个音该是5还是1#我没标，某种
意义上，我不认为diminished chord是个三和弦，更像是个tritone dyad的加花，第三
个音视附加色调。所以有关方块就只有两个音里哪个理解为根音的区别了，本身是模棱
两可的。
第三个和弦我写tritone modulation就是因为前面接3，后面接6，如果把5度加上的话
那个tritone即可以理解为3-7到3-7b，也可以理解为b7-3到6-3。如果根音理解为3那就
是3的音色变化，如果根音理解为7b则是和声的melodic motion，根向下了半度。由于
eastcloud在低音弦上弹的是7b，我理解为后者。不过我的意思是，这里是有选择的。
还有哈，前面你把7b和3b混淆是这种转调区故意制造的效果，把3-7、6-3、3-7b同时
呈现，听众就完全糊涂了不知道哪个是主调哪个是5度哈哈。不过你也听到了向下半度
的动机，某种意义上证实了我说的b7是根音。 |

进展。最终不过是遭人耻笑。
难道不是吗？你查出来的文献都把妄想症局限为非怪诞性妄想。你就以为捡到了宝，认
定妄想症必须是非怪诞性，还振振有词说怪诞性妄想就就精神分裂症而不是妄想症。却
没想到冒出来一个DSM-5。这个标准两年前就修改了。现行的妄想症标准怪诞性的也可
以是非怪诞性的。老夫告诉你既可以是肯定也可以否定，意思很清楚，就是即可是怪诞
的可以是非怪诞的。你还骂老夫信口雌黄。其实老夫的专业并不是精神病学，不过与精
神病学有很大的交叠。老夫也从来没有读DMS-5。但是凭职业的直觉，知道妄想症的妄
想可以是bizarre 也可以是 non-bizarre。

抑郁症是没有妄想表现的。也就是说，如果一个人被诊断为抑郁症，就不应该有妄想表
现。如果一个人有妄想表现，就不应该诊断为抑郁症。
那么确诊为抑郁症的病人是否可以出现妄想呢？回答是肯定的。但是，当一个抑郁症病
人出现妄想症状，原来的“抑郁症”就不再适用于病人。这种情况下就要改变诊断为“
精神病性抑郁症”。这种病人往往同时会出现幻觉症状。相应的治疗和保护措施也要作
出改变。相关学术依据见附件2。
有些人说张纯如有精神病。所谓的日本右翼极端势力对她不断发出暴力威胁其实是她的

我初步的想法是，电台版出一个故事，文案，歌词什么的，然后乐手版谱曲，配乐，再
到音乐版找高手出演，最后制作成podcast。
1.故事，文本，歌词。
大家来想想什么故事好哦？可以是故事新编，就是现有的故事改一下啦。类似莎士比亚
啊，剧院幽灵啊，恋爱的犀牛啊神马的，不过这个貌似有难度哦。
也可以是电台原创，我觉得这个我们拿手哦，十强赛那么多高水平写手，还有导师。。
。是不是可以从现有的原创故事里面挑一个？已经制作成有声书的就算了。剩下的有安
妹的晚安北京啊，还有猴豫记（这个好像不够通俗，有点难度），关关的路德维希的生
日似乎不错啊，本来就说到小提琴什么的，而且篇幅也不唱，可以考虑哦。突然还想到
我们去年玩的那个刻骨冷岛原创，哈哈哈～皮总别激动哦，第二季弄个音乐剧版如何？

其实在上周最后一集播出之前的几个小时，蓝火的制作才算完成，前后历时整整半年。
作为最不称职的导演，感触多的都不想说了。千言万语说成一句话，就是感谢大家。
这个本子写的时候本来就是闹着玩的，之后又犯了偷懒的老毛病于是草草收场。平心而
论，除了热闹之外，这个本子要文采赶不上假期的万一，要思想赶不上月光的边角，论
共鸣更差着同学少年十万八千里。即便以我自己粗浅的修养回头来看，能看的也就其中
三四节。但承蒙大家的抬举关爱和提携，让这本子发挥了它最大的闪光点，热热闹闹陪
大伙儿玩了几个月，我深感欣慰。
下面是长长的不完全点名，说起来可能有点瓜老板狐老道附体的味道。
首先要感谢娜总。虽然名义上是导演，但前后基本都是娜总在组织操持。蓝火不同于其
他几部有声书，里面角色太多，所以制作起来本就繁复，加之我们又尝试了单集包干到
户多人制作的新方式，尤其是制作人里除了味精哥之外都是现学现卖的新手，使得这个
领导工作更加千头万绪。亏得娜总leadership超强，否则恐怕不会仅仅是偶尔延迟这种
小事故，而是要中途难产了。

面而来的左拐车辆从侧面撞坏, 警察来了当场就说对方全责(虽然报告上只说经过),双
方保险公司毫无争议, 结论都是我没有任何责任.
车子现在修好了, 但是记录上的事故无法抹去. 我找了 Honda dealer, 做了车检, 然
后告诉他们我要把车 trade in 卖给他们, 他们立刻开价 $16000; 随后他们查完 Car
fax 告诉我这个车他们不能买, 因为有严重事故, $10000 都不买.
我的新车的遭遇, 是典型的 DV Case, 即 diminished value due to collision
accident for a vehicle (汽车因交通事故历史的价值损失). 对方的保险公司赔偿了

Yes, the loss of 9GA is large. But they drove UN out of the eastern front,
with poor equipment, horrible logistic support and no air support. That is
amazing.
The reason for 9GA to lose the combat capability is mainly because of the
weather, not UN army. I admit that the nature beat CCF bitterly.
As for the three diminishing divisions, actually their losses are the least
in the 12 divisions.
