大概因为家庭背景，我本人相对来说比较关心国外学术界对中国海上力量的分析，
相对于国内一帮到处打打杀杀的喊声，痛斥TG卖国，国外一般分析都是中国这次做的很
聪明，我也想尽我之力，多翻译一些这类的文章，让大家多看看一些比较深度的事件分
析，不过因为这类文章都比较长，我的英语只能说是一般，时间也没有那么多，只能是
尽力而为了。

基辛格会谈时，曾经建议将一千万名中国妇女送到美国去。毛泽东表示，这种移民既可
以开展双方的贸易，还可以造成美国的“伤害”，让美国和中国一样，饱尝人口过多的
痛苦。
法新社报道，美国国务院2月13日公布1973至1976年的解密外交档案。根据档案，
1973年毛泽东在会见基辛格时，作出了上述建议。
两人是于1973年2月17日，在毛泽东住处开始这段直到午夜才结束的冗长对话。当
谈到两国可怜的贸易数字时，烟不离手的毛泽东说：中国是一个“非常穷的国家”，“
我们最多的就是女人”。
毛泽东的第一次提议，是让“几千个”中国妇女到美国，但后来加码到了“一千万
