before the next dose is due. For example, if it is twice daily dosing, then the
trough sample will be collected at 12hr post-dose. If it is once daily
dosing, the sample will be collected at 24hr post-dose.

therapeutic window.

Sv and traditional unit is rem.) is the same value for same amount absorbed
dose (SI is Gy, but rad is commonly used.) of one given radiation source.
Therefore, one Gy of absorbed dose of Alpha Particles can be amounted to 20
SV dose equivalent.

radiation protection,她们面临的辐射(如果可能的话）是total body, 你要按ICRP/
MIRD的要求换算成effective dose，加tissue weight factor, 丫的radiation
protection里光thyroid要10Gy的dose的话人早死了--任何一本关于核武器战争应用的
书都会告诉你，人的全身dose limit是8Gy.

是坐在医院里接受neck放疗，他们是坐在自己的office里。他们收到radiation是total
body的，所以，假如一个total body的radiation,测到thyroid dose是10Gy,全身dose
是多少Sv？我像人早死里。
还有你知道10Gy是个什么数量？现代放疗一个疗程才2Gy,10Gy，这武汉的女医生脖子还
能动么？估计肉都没cook了。 |
