来心率也没有降低多少，跑的慢而费力，高于这个区间心率上升比速度快，比较累。这

2月3日到第二年的2月2日，也就是一年之内你都可以使用这个visa，但是停留期是
30天，也就是在这一年之内，每个180天你最多只能累计呆30天；在visa上有一个
valid from ** to **，还有一个duration of stay；
那个valis from ** to ** 就是visa的有效期，你说了起始日期是机票日期，我就
想问问 to ** 的那个日期是什么时候，从起始日期开始多久？180天？一年？
duration of stay就是你说的180天
我只知道申根的规定，不知道英国是怎么规定的，英国的duration of stay和
valid time 是一样还是不一样的？或者说，英国的visa上面有没有这两项东西？

或许广义的timing可以把duration包含在内,但怎么也包含不到lift
最早的机械式vtec系统说到底是通过切换cam的方法同时实现了timing,lift,duration
可变
(或者说,通过切换cam来实现另一组timing, duration, lift取值不同的valve profile)
所以无疑vtec是一种variable valve timing技术,
所以说vvt的实现方式里面提到vtec是很合理的
但不能因为vtec也实现了variable valve lifting就说后者也属于vvt嘛:D |

区别是债卷风险/回报都比同风险级别的股票低，算上利息能更好的抗压。 而且已经
退休的人可以直接吃利息而不需要低价卖出。
你看的这些高回报的债卷都是long duration/term或者低rating（high yield），相当
于股票里高风险的基金，真的动荡起来不会比普通sp500基金差多少。
一般来说duration越长回报越高，风险越大。我自己也喜欢这种债卷。 你真的投资一
个short duration的债卷基金，年动荡3%才是浪费机会。我现在是五五开高风险债卷基
金vs普通index股票基金。两者动荡差不多。
其实投资这个东西没有绝对的对错，最终就是人有多大胆，地有多大产，个人认为绝大
多人都不可能time the market。 选一个你comfortable的投资模式，然后无脑每月买
入，buy and hold即可。 |
