如果有一笔是较小资金量，个人brokerage账户的。10万20万及以下的，个人income税
又高。不想买股票或者股票已经买够了。可以买几个muni就好。要买没有federal tax
的。注意看清楚了。
如果是401k的钱，通常是不可以买单个bond, 也通常没有defined maturity bond
fund的选项的。公司提供的bond fund通常是固定duration的。这样的bond fund在长期
升息环境下本金是一定要跌的。短期可以起起落落，但是债券是个30年的牛市末期，未
来可能要跌很多很多年。长期来说，不推荐在401k里面买duration固定的bond fund。
如果是IRA或者是Roth IRA的钱。倒是可以考虑defined maturity bond fund或者
laddered bond portfolio。但是如果钱太少不值得折腾。如果你有个好的broker/
advisor专长bond的，可以帮你推荐几个bond就好。个人投资者几乎很难找到好的bond
deal，而且好deal转瞬即逝。

duration一般是2-2.5小时。娃晚上睡觉的最佳的时间是6-8点，最晚不要超过10点。晚
上娃睡觉fussy很可能是因为overtired了。如果要规律作息，可以看看著名的
contented little baby ，书上是按照晚7到早7，你可以根据自己的情况调整8-8也行
的。想要了解宝宝睡眠可以看看healthy sleep habits, happy child. 我娃以前也常
常cat nap，后来规律作息，慢慢好起来。基本morning nap 45分钟， afternoon nap
，这个是我娃现在的毛病，不固定，1，1.5，2个小时都有。如果中午这个觉睡的短的
话，early evening nap 就稍微让他多睡会。我娃比你娃大一个多月，现在两个nap之

学A做访问学者，已经联系好今年8月中再换到原来读博士的母校大学B做两年访问学者
。我4个月前回了中国一趟，由于A校的2019表有效期是到今年8月中，因此当时拿到的
J1签证有效期也就到今年8月中失效而非一年期有效。我现在5月底必须再回国一趟，6
月下旬回美国。现在面临两个选择： 1. 若现在就办理B校的J1 transfer, 那么回国就
必须重新申请J1签证并需要面谈，但是本人已辞去国内工作，又在美前后J1长达4年，
怕签证官不通过。因此不希望做这个选择。2. 暂时不办理B校的J1 transfer, 这样6月
份回美入境时仍用原来的签证和A校的2019表，但是这样海关可能会只给3个月的居留吗
？如果是只给3个月的居留的话，我回美国后再办理到B校的J1 transfer, 获得新的
2019表，需要办理什么移民手续将居留期合法延长改为 “D/S (duration of status)"

43%是特殊的42 month reset float agency bond,价格受利率影响但是不大。因为他们
已经hedge 30 months的利息，利息duration只有一年。
如果利息上升100个百分点，他们的book value下降1%*1(duration)*43%*9=3.8%.
最能影响到他的是OAS(利息差 mortage-10 year treasury)。这个季度，这个变化几乎
没有，我的数据是-10bps对于5/1ARM，所以对他的利好。这个季度，利息上涨了30bps,
对他产生-1.2%book value。总的来说这个季度，他的book value应该不变或有增长。

诉我，如果我现在持H-1B再次入境，我的护照有效期必须至少在H-1B到期之后6个月，
所以我现在必须renew护照,otherwise you may be admitted only for the duration
of yur passport validity instead of the duration of your H-1B.
我的理解是只要在我入境是护照有效期多于6个月就可以。而且我护照有效期还有两年
半，中领馆也不会给我renew.

为进入美国是F1，所以那160天是 out of status。
现在回国重新申请J1，DS160表上有这个问题“Have you ever been unlawfully
present, overstayed the amount of time granted by an immigration official or
otherwise violated the terms of a U.S. visa?”
我究竟是应该回答No呢？
还是回答Yes，并解释“out-of-status for 160 days”?
