通过网友反馈加自我分析,这周末选择work on了两个小而重要的点,有很多惊喜.感谢
ld当training partner给我提供很多反馈.
1. 正手elbow往前动,以改掉手臂cross的习惯
方法:为了确保elbow往前,我正手现在先挺elbow往前再收小臂
状态:目前在ld的非故意半随机喂球下能够大致做到elbow往前了
正面效果1:球比以前转和快了,一些对着ld脑袋去的球居然上台了,很多球ld挡不太
住(也因为我方向控制变差)
正面效果2:以前手臂从右向左动,如果对方来球快我怕miss就只敢把拍等在那里不敢
发力,现在因为拍等在球背后,小臂往前一收不太容易miss,就敢发力反带了。
正面效果3:自己觉得很别扭,但ld说动作natural些了
正面效果4:以前正手拼不过ld的正手,以为是她板太快的原因,现在好像又能拼了,
让ld有些upset..
反面效果1:miss很多,一方面需要练习,一方面ld只会攻不太会喂球
反面效果2:能觉得有控制的击球范围比以前小了很多,要靠跑来弥补
需要解决的问题1:大臂有时候过于紧张,一紧张的话大臂夹得太多球拍又从侧后往球
去了,而不是正后

这年头,是人不是人的蒙个马甲躲在荧光屏后面或口水小飞针损损俺,或装牛二母夜
叉不知自己那几个赌局的小线还不如老刀挣外快每小时的1/3,也来死搅蛮缠的。
好吧,就把这版前几年一起混的几位好友们相聚时的帖子刷一下。也算给新警察和
网坛小雏们上上历史课的眼药。。。。。。。。
奔什么发球的段子让俺看了好笑,还损俺呢,就这水平还不如我38岁那年拿
着小一号的儿童拍练了3个月的水平。更别说想跟俺现在过招了。那是找抽啊,真要
打,这个费家的废物,在俺手里油条烧饼3小时直到把你打趴那里吃不动为止。

我贴一个对EVF质疑的讨论,看和我们这里的讨论风格有什么不一样:

Pulling with EVF requires a leap of faith. You simply have to trust that
using EVF reduces drag enough to more than compensate for the greater power
you will get with the deep pull. When you first try pulling this way, it
will feel downright awkward. But keep working at it and you will soon get
stronger and the motion will become more natural. The stronger your “EVF

slipping elbow. by thinking point it up for a tiny fraction earlier and a
fraction longer it helped to set the EVf. Kind do over think something that
you did wrong. Then you landed some where in the middle.

You must have a very mild case of tennis elbow (only needing 2 weeks of rest
).
You can probably tough it out by strengthening forearm muscles.
Try that super 7 tennis elbow execises, you will find some poses will be
particular hard. Start with the lightest weight to not hurt the elbow and
graduately increase the weight. I started from 1 lb weight for some poses (
25 lbs now).
Don't forget to ice the elbow after the execise if you still feel pain in
the elbow.

i've had tennis elbow for 6 months and it is recovering slowly. here are
some tips to share:
1) the root causes of my t.e. were a) the combination of poly string + one
handed backhand, and b) wrist whip. in particular, if the temperature is low
, poly string can become really stiff.
2) i used wrist whip to generate extra spin and acceleration, and that,
according to my coach, can put stress on elbow ligament more than anything

Ok, i'll just try my best to describe the stroke. For now pick a stance you
are most comfortable for now, close, open, semi-open, if you dont' know what
they are, google it.
1. put the racquet on the ground, and pick it up at the end of the handle,

刚刚过去这个周末,两个早上都去打网球了。
周六8:30-11:40,同一个朋友打了4个单打sets,1:3,然后又来一个set的双打,又
输。
最近听几个球友的相劝,我换成了1st version Babolat pure drive,上了一个gamma
什么鬼线,是朋友一年前给我的一个。这个拍子是我打个4-5年前用过一段时间的。这
个gamma线倒是軟,但是毫无power啊。上次在Rice只是用它双打了一下,然后去单打,
就都还是换回了原先的拍子。
反正是同我的球友那种很causal的打球,根本不在意比赛结果的,所以我就坚持用这个
软线拍子。 虽然它让我还有些不适应,但让我高兴的是,果然感觉它对我的elbow的冲
击小多了,没有让我觉得elbow pain又加重了。所以周六3小时,昨天周日早上,又去
搞了2个小时的双打。昨天早上的状态,还是继续用这个软线拍子,感觉好多了。都是
双打,几乎全赢了。
好像有几个月没有连续两天去打球了。这次换拍子+软线,感觉对elbow的伤害是小了很
多。可能我的elbow不久就有救了。

adaptor,8x10的elbow 以及 10寸圆管转8x10的adaptor,能买到吗?
现在的两种选择就是 8寸圆管 或者 8x10方管。8寸圆管的好处就是elbow和adaptor很
容易买到,8x10方管的好处就是排气效果可能更好点儿 但是elbow和adaptor都不知道
哪里买。imore大侠,你推荐哪一个方案?谢谢!

elbow 可能只用到1个,不过这些你需要备用着,未来多出来的配件可以去退掉。为什
么你需要多买几个elbow 呢, 因为可能会遇到墙里的木档,开洞很有可能不在正中间

For a while, I used to have a very close grip just like yours for the same
reason - having a tight back. I also used to believe that was the best way
to get my upper back tight. Boy, was I wrong! This not only made my elbow

It's normally very hard if not possible to keep the elbow directly under the
bar. There will be a bit of elbow flare, more so with low bar squat.
However the idea here is to "try" or make an effort to keep the elbow under
the bar as much as possible, so it doesn't flare back which would normally
cause the chest to cave in.
The hands shouldn't apply any upward force during a squat. When I squat, my

Sounds like golf/tennis elbow if the pain is on the right elbow for a righty
and left elbow on a lefty. There is some sort of elbow band you can use to
ease the strech while playing. This may caused by a swing fault. I would
guess you try to use your right arm (left for lefty) to force the swing
instead of turning your hip and shoulder on the down swing.

Comment from my coach. I will have a further discussion with her tonight
after our training session.
After entry your hand is higher than your elbow. This will encourage you to
drop your elbow during the pull phase. We want a high elbow. Think of
finger tips, wrist, elbow on entry.
Your right hand enters too close to your head. Need to enter infront.
From front on shot your Left arm presses down on the water slightly too far

Agree. Tennis elbow is a long term injury, caused by over use, not one time
twist. So finding the cause and fixing it is important.
My tennis elbow got significantly better as soon as I abandoned single
handed backhand: I did not have to ice elbow that night I stopped single
handed backhand.

That's exactly how I feel about the 2 rackets. I can generate some very good
topspins with PD from both sides, and I was leaning toward getting this
racket. However, a friend of mine recently told me that PD is too stiff and
it hurts his elbow. Considering that he is a tall strong white Brazilian, I
am concerned that I might get tennis elbow 1 year from now from using it. I
had tennis elbow before and it took six months to heal.

are you referring to pose #5 in the picture I posted? In that case, I don't
think one should drop the elbow.... I used to drop elbow big time when i was
4.0 or lower. It's been one of the hardest thing for me to correct. :)
Maybe if I bend my knee more, then you'll see my "elbow is more dropped"...
in actually, I don't think it should be dropped to smaller than 80~90 degree
angle with body. Another way to look at it is watch QB in football or
Pitcher in base ball, their elbows doesn't drop. :)

我2-3个月前,自己就得了TE。可能还不是很严重那种吧。自己歇了一个周末,没有憋
住,就照样继续周末打球两个早上了。
至于为啥得了TE,自己也不是很清楚。你说是动作不正确造成的吧,我的动作不正确都
9年了;你说是打的太多了造成的吧,6月份的时候,可比我3-4月份打USTA的时候要打
的少。磨损劳累之类的原因?有可能。反正就觉得别人得TE的那个地方,我那天打网球
,突然自己感觉那里很酸啊,微微的有疼痛。不是十分确定是不是TE,所以第二天早上
,还是照常出去打球了。这下就确定是TE了。
得了TE后,我基本上还是没有间断打球。每次打球时,都会带上护elbow的那个东西。
每次打网球回家后,立马用冰冷敷上。这两个多月下来,也没有再进一步恶化。最近这
1-2周,感觉倒是稍稍还有一些改善,感觉再过1-2个月,应该会好的。另外,我最近3
周在瘦身减肥做更多的除了网球外的运动,所以也做了好多需要用elbow的俯卧撑和引
体向上。没事的时候,也会有意的去伸展手臂,来活动活动拳头,让elbow得到拉伸锻
炼。
我3年前,elbow的内侧,也疼过。我手的下端,同手腕连接的地方,也痛过。我都是没

有没有及时休息好,整个身体的肌肉或状态没有得到恢复,就又去打球了。
我打球姿势不对,用小臂太多,右手手腕附近因为受球拍的冲击而受伤过,但Elbow还
是打网球近9年了,在身体疲惫状态下,大多了,感觉Elbow有些不适,有的酸痛,结果
没有马上休息,第二天,又去继续打了。结果就正式的得了TE了。
得了TE之后,也还一直在用Luxilon Big Banger Alu Power。这个线,打球的感觉很好
,但真的对Elbow和整个手臂的冲击,都很大。
终于在多名球友的相劝之下,我换上了软线,感觉是明显的对Elbow的damage要小多了
。上周末两个早上都去打球了。今天傍晚,又同一个朋友单打了3个sets。在换线之前
,我都是尽量少打球,weekday好久没有打球了。在我的TE彻底好之前,我会一直用软
线了。

1。进餐时右手刀、左手叉。European style 切完后不用换手,用左手的叉叉起来吃。
American style 要把刀放在盘子的top edge,叉交到右手。切菜时,一次最多切1-
2块 (it is important NEVER to cut more than one or two bites at one time)
,切一点吃一点,不可以一气切完。
2。不可以把汤端起来喝,但舀汤时可以让汤碗倾斜,正确的方向是away from the
body。同样,盛汤的动作也是away from yourself。汤碗下面一般会有盘子,喝完汤后
勺子要放在盘上(而不是碗里),碗的后面。
3。记住"liquids on your right and solids on your left" 。bread and butter

家里原来用的是over the range microwave and vent combo,风量很小,上面的
橱柜都能看到一条条油迹。正好微波炉不好用了,就打算换个好的油烟机。之前做了很
多功课,认真比较了妈妈乐,神器二代,三代,决定还是上神器三代,一个优点是外置
鼓风机,噪音小,另外一个是辐射应该比二代小。Living版上说二代辐射很大,甚至超
过微波炉,不知道是不是真的,而且二代很重,可能要加固橱柜。原来的油烟机出风口
是方形的,管道是6英寸的直接排到外面的砖墙上。如果要满足神器3代宣称的900CFM就
必须用10英寸的duct,所以先去homedepot买了些材料。神器三代买来搁置了一个月,期
间一直在找合适的contractor, 加入angie’s list,打了很多电话和问朋友推荐的安装

自己动手,搞了个自动浇水的系统,浇菜园子,还做了一个浅埋在地里,浇地基。

用elbows 调整角度,避开stud,不需要做特别计算的。肉眼应该就看得出来。
但我估计你可能不能用elbows,还得切部分stud.应为外墙的洞不能开得太大,如果开得
正好尺寸,管道推入到elbow 的位置就推不进去了。

花了一个星期,终于是凑合着弄上了。买的是版上推荐的Broan E64000什么SS的外加
332H的Blower. 说点安装的心酸过程,但愿能给准备上三代神器的一点参考。
最大的问题是管道尺寸:10inch。我家的cabinet应该是标准的吧。本以为炉子靠着外
墙好装神器,谁知道10寸的Elbow管道不可能在里面转弯。我估计8寸都够呛。一开始在
网上找了两个老美帮装。洞打好了,就是不能把Elbow接好,弄了3个下午,坏了两个10
寸的Elbow还是不行。要是洞没打,还可以让Blower离得远点,有多点空间让管道转弯
。但是洞都打了,就是在stove上面同一个cabinet里。只能用这个洞啊。后来我就让他
们走人自己接手想办法凑合,因为美国的Code太多,他们不敢乱搞。自己接手后买了两
个10-to-6的转化接头,6寸的semi-rigid duct(顺便说句,10寸的semi-rigid一是未
必能在同一个cabinet里转过弯来,二是非常难买,花了一整天跑了所有lowes-menards
-homdeport以及一些装修公司,都没有卖的。必须网上order或者店里special or... 阅读全帖

刚买的房子没有抽油烟机, 家里做饭也比较频繁,油烟大, 需要一个抽烟效果好,又
比较安静的抽油烟机。 到网上看了一下, 目前锁定神器三代。
需要如下三个配件:
1. Range Hoods
Option A: E64E30SS30

这个参数写的是600 CFM, 不知道怎么能达到900 CFM的排风能力?
而且这个产品好像有很多年了, 2011年的帖子里就提到了这个。

我看了好几遍, 又体会了好几遍, 感觉这 key point is actually what he said in
the first step, lift your elbow, like you are trying to lick your elbow.
this is the key. 好多教学录像上面都是简单的说拍子后倒.
you can try it, when you try to lick your elbow, you are forcing your arm 外
旋非常到位, 一切就很自然了。
内旋->外旋->内旋 !
这个开始的内旋不是很明显。 very nice indeed.

但不能用肘子侵占别人身体范围为自己take position
比如你抓篮板后一扬肘子就是犯规,还可能是Technical

而且是经常两个人贴得很近,很难区分
但Elbow比较狠一点,所以一般会判给被Elbow的
平时自己玩玩,就不用那么夸张了
