说的正好相反。Wrist whip了,大多数shock都被wrist吸收,很容易得
网球腕,但是elbow却得到了保护。

I used to play alu rough + k-gut both 58 pounds on blx tour. No tennis elbow
. I once got tennis elbow with other multifilement once right after winter
break. Not because the string.
Now i use Rpm blast 58 lb. on blx tour. It is much better power and control
than luxilon. And no tention loss.

用右手使劲压左乳房,肘子痛,那么就是GE.
用右手背使劲压你右边人的乳房,如果肘子痛,就是TE.

手向前伸直,握拳,掌心朝上。肘子靠近身体侧痛(或者小拇指侧),GE;

用过Alu Power上的是53磅左右,还是Hybrid(Synth Gut for cross),很快就有了

昨天下午在Houston以球会友,如期迎接了来访的Shen老师。
昨天的Houston,有最理想的打网球的天气,high temp 67,wind 2 mph。约好2:00在
Auth为我们定的West Side Tennis Club,我和venus以及我另一个球友,1:30就到了,
开始warm up,之后轮流打tiebreak。长话短说,算上Shen老师,我们一个来了7个人。
开始是黑导 vs Shen单搞,我们在另外一个场地玩casual doubles,结果黑导2:0赢了
,64;62。
之后我从doubles match那里出来,去和Shen老师单打。我最近深受Tennis Elbow之困
扰,只能尽量减少打网球的次数。每次打球的状态也不稳定,所以我自己都难说我哪天
能打的在状态。昨天我的状态还不错。可能是Shen老师对我这种邪派野球没有pace的打
法不太适应,我对Shen老师的打法,倒是很适应,我5:1领先之后,我发球。我心里就

squeeze the grip". 我开始学volley也是按这些网上和听人建议练的。 由于是初学者
, 开始效果不很理想, 但觉得是很多其他方面没做好--挥拍太大, 没转肩, 准备时
拍子太靠后,contact 偏后等, 也没特别注意这个grip "firm". 后来其他几项都不错
了, 发现和朋友练reflex volley时效果还可以。 但一比赛volley还是像shit一样。
特别是随着水平的提高, 对手越来越强, 上网时的volley以不再是些sitter了。 当
时也没太注意technique, 感觉只是自己不常上网, 经验不足。
一次和自己队上的德国美女练reflex volley时,她问我干嘛volley那么猛, 她让我放
松,手放松,身体放松,就专注着盯着球, pop the volley over. 和她那次练习后,
我对volley的意识茅塞顿开。

几个小问题。
1)Control,很棒,终于可以用尽力气拉和抽,怎么也不出界。以前用的都是1,2块
钱的尼龙线,发力总是有所保留。昨天整整发力打了1个半小时,对面的球友很不适应
,我整晚直下4盘。
2)Spin,明显容易且强大很多
3)Power,也许是tension 较低,没有明显的reduction,反而我能自己发力,球more
powerful.
4)没有觉得任何手腕或elbow的不适。我以前打便宜的线是道是有几次手腕的不适。
不只为什么说对elbow 回不好?
5)问题1:听说这个线只能达6-8小时,是这样的吗?A dead bed 会很不一样吗
?那么贵,我打算打起码20小时,可行吗?
6)问题2:有没有谁用过RPM Blast and Gosen Polylon? 有比较吗?Gosen Polylon
很便宜,评价也不错,$35一个reel,只能买2个RPM Blast.如果感觉差不多的话,
可能是长期的选择。 |

我也不是很了解 NXT and NXT Tour 的区别。看上去,它们两种,也几乎一样。我两个
球友,坚持用NXT Tour,其中一个是得了TE之后,改用NXT Tour,TE好了,所以他强烈
建议我也改用软线的。
自从我改用了软线后,真的感觉这软线是Elbow & Arm friendly。自从上周四晚上,我
已经打了4次网球了。这是我这半年以来从未有过的高频率了。周四傍晚,单打2小时,
3sets,周六早上,单打1.5小时,2sets,昨天周日早上,近3小时双打,结果下午吃

roddick, murray, djokovic all hit with atp 2hbh. two things to check:
straight or bend of both elbows at contact point and the backswing.
as long as your non dominant elbow is straight from racket drop to contact
point and you have a non circular compact backswing, it is a atp 2hbh.
There are other details that differentiate but they are minor.
I don't think djokovic ever changed his 2hbh? his 2hbh has all
characteristics of an atp 2hbh.

看看网版高手们的看法,看看和教练的看法是不是一致。so far so good,网版高手们
分析的基本和他教练说得差不多. 唯一一个不一致的地方就是follow through. 这里大
家一致认为要过肩,然而教练从来没有强调要他过肩,到elbow就可以。以下两个pro

during the mid of wipe (after the contact, so it is party of follow through
), on the finish it is ok to fall to elbow high.
Krygios drives a bit more, you can actually see his hand finish at his
shoulder high on many of shots. When he wipes more topspin, he finish around
elbow.
It's more about understanding the depth of the ball and follow through. The

From the shadow swing, it's more of a slap forehand. Your take back is fine,
but maybe because you purposely try to delay the wrist layback you don't
have much forward swing motion. This is evident of your right elbow really
didn't go forward through, it stayed close to your torso and went across,
along it dragged the arm and racquet, because of this arc-like motion, and

pros, it will hurt our elbows. For people with past or current elbow problem
, we'd better use soft poly and soft synthetic to soften the string bed. For
poly main/synthetic cross hybrid, here are some tips I had from my own
stringing experience.
a) Do not use any 16g synthetic cross in the hybrid setup if you want to
