coach, I will only pick up some key points, which all are related to your
shoulder issue, to address today. Hope it can help.
You should improve: body rotation, hip drive and timing of kicking and
pulling. Actually, they are different aspects of one thing – how to
generate power in freestyle in middle/long distance.
Since you don’t have enough body rotation and you are flat on the water,
you have to raise your arm more in or...

up a power position for the pull。

Same thing in your stroke. Your hand enters the water and reaches forward
just beneath the surface— and I mean reaches, like stretching for something
barely beyond your fingertips on a high shelf. Next, with your hand as far
out as it can possibly go and your body rolling onto its sid...

原话大概是 lead with your elbow or something. Which
means you focus on lifting and moving forward with your elbow and let

The key is the no arm 360 rotation drill. Once you got that, nothing else
is really a problem. |

The reason you hit the ball short is because you are brushing the ball too

then. |

W*N 发帖数: 1354 | 37 My tennis elbow is healing nicely right now.
I think the most important thing is to find what is causing the tennis elbow
. In my case, it was incorrect movement when hitting backhand. I watched
Nick Bolletieri's video a couple of times and corrected my backhand move and
it is going great right now. |
|
K****D 发帖数: 30533 | 38 I don't protect it, my wrist just grows stronger by itself after
numerous injuries and recoveries.
Also, it's not too much worth it to correct it, because once you
protect your wrist, all the impact will go to your elbow instead.
i.e., you will either get tennis elbow or tennis wrist anyway,
hehe. |

K****D 发帖数: 30533 | 39 My evaluation:
