能成为总统候选人? 宪法规定,35岁以上,美国出生,美国住满14年。看似简单,阿
猫阿狗都能当上总统候选人过个瘾。其实不然,美国总统选举不是联邦普选,而是以州
为单位,各个州都有州法管着。规定很严格,详情参考这个链接:

由于Ballot Access Rule限制,实际上美国总统选举就是民主共和两党的竞争,第三党

让第三党候选人分离选票,还会同室操戈,对簿公堂。
第二个问题,谁能投票。18岁以上公民?是也不是,各州都有规定,剥夺某些重罪犯的
