option exercise-and-hold,务必理解都是啥意思，然后决定要不要exercise 以及如
何exercise你的option。
很怀疑你的2014的option是否完全可以exercise ，只有vested了的才行。所有的税都
是预付税，保税时多退少补。exercise and sell的话，收益直接就算ordinary income
了，税是最重的。如果有ISO的话，好好掂量下。

1. 截止日最晚可以什么时候通知 brokerage 我要 exercise? 尤其是out of money
的时候？
2. 我并不知道我的call的买家的决定，直到被exercise。有没有什么办法可以在譬如
下午4点时确定对方的举动（假设对方一大早就决定要exercise 了）？因为我可以提前
选择譬如加仓 twtr等....

具体是这样的，去年第一次exercise了ISO，需要计算AMT，我至今没有拿到3921表。因
此只能把ISO的交易statement和1099表联合起来计算bargain element。我有一部分股
票，exercise了以后hold了几个月，然后在同一年（2014）卖掉了，我自己很清楚这部
分是不需要计算入bargain element的，但是我的CPA不是很明白。因为exercise和sell
在两张表上，她可能无法判断卖掉的那部分股票就是之前exercise的股票的一部分（我
exercise了几次，也卖了几次，至今仍hold了一部分股票）。我现在的问题是如何让
cpa理解这部分股票我已经卖掉了，不需要再计算入bargain element里面呢？我已经把
6251表的instruction也给她看了，但是她似乎仍然不能接受我的说法。。。 |

exercise 主要是为了避税。 在这边， 股票持有1年以上还是2年以上的，你卖出股票
时的税要比你持有股票1年内就卖出低很多。所以early exercise 就是说你把你4年的
option现在全买了股票，那么4年后这些股票就算你持有了4年了，所以可以交比较低的
税，当然early exercise 还会伴随一个条例，就是当你没干满4年时候，公司会原价买
回你没干满那几年的股票。 |

1。如果我exercise option，以$70买进，大概需要上万块, 我没那么多钱。如果我想
exercise，然后立即以market price卖掉赚取差价的话，也需要保证我的帐户有足够钱
吗, 否则系统不让exercise？
2。是不是in the money的时候，卖option永远比exercise option好？至少赚得不会更
少？

现在因为开户100个免费交易还没有用完所以即使剩个0.01也是可以把它卖掉,但是免费

还不够cover交易费,但是也不想exercise,该怎么做呢?
打电话到trade desk说不想exercise的话就得在到期日stop option.意思是有些情况(
如0.01,虽然很少)赔上交易费也要卖

分钟，晚上walk+run一个小时，加睡前walk１０分钟。
问过vet说只要不是强迫exercise就没问题，小丫头也没看出不愿意。
可是看网上说什么
No forced exercise, jumping, jogging, field training or road-work, until the
dogs are 2 year old and the bones are set. Puppies are just that until at
least 18 months of age, when dealing with the large breeds. They are fragile
and need supervised exercise in a fenced in area or daily walks with you.

recommended so too. Why is that? for me exercise helps me de-stress and
relax. I know i am not supposed to exercise post transfer but i am not
understanding why one cann't do it during stimulation. |

时候买车，然后先不register之类的，new year之后再register来避税啊？买个三四万
的车，麻州第一年2.25%的exercise税就要1000多了，听说是年底最后一天办也按照一
年来交（也有人说是半年一结，哪位了解究竟是怎样呀？），如此的话用个几天交上千
的税不是太坑了嘛？
请高人指点究竟exercise fee是从签合同之日，还是拿title之日，还是register
plate之日起开始算的啊？
我能不能把title注册到我名下后，先不register，等跨过新年后再注册？或者是先和
dealer签了合同，年后提车办title registration之类的？都会有什么隐患么，很不懂
，求指教。
或者有更好的办法？要是不能在年底规避这个税，年底买车的话优惠也没什么意义，把
1000多刀交上去后就把优惠抵消了。
