老夫几天前就说过了， 他们是在来回Folsom的轻轨上认识的。一个是公共卫生部的。
一个是卫生福利服务部的。两个面对面的楼。
Bowen住Grizzly Flats， 这是一个乡村小区，在山底下， 估计有不少地。老头开车到
Folsom轻轨站，然后清轨来回downtown Sacramento和Folsom.
徐小姐一家住在Folsom市的相对老一点的区。同一个轻轨起点站，见面时间多。
徐小姐一家住的区学区并不太好,房子买得贵。
徐小姐先生是地道中国人。我看比她稍矮2-3inches， 但看似是一个知识分子。人家说
他是Folsom的硅工，但具体在哪单位不清楚。
事发之前几个月，徐小姐经常倒楼前草地上打电话，一打就是很长时间。不知是不
是与Bowen聊天。以前不这样。别说我WS，我真人在现实生活中一点不WS。

兩邊屬同一學區，Folsom的房子大半蓋在90年後，Rancho一半以上的房子有30年以上的
房齡，兩邊的房價比是接近46%的差比。有人認為Rancho不好，其實並不盡然，看你選
Rancho哪裡，Rancho有兩個zip code，各橫跨50，和Folsom一樣，50以東的房子都比較
貴，背靠American River那邊的比較不被看好。
你是要買房子，還是租房子？如果是買房子，考慮每日的通勤，除了Folosm，Rancho
Cordova 外，還可以考慮Rancho Murieta，或者是Mather。如果是租房子，直接就在
Rancho找吧，Folsom的租比買貴。 |

land park and Greenheaven are old but safe communities and close to
downtown. Elk Grove has large asian population. 4 bed room in Elk Grove is
about 1650-2100 per month. East Sacramento may go up a little more. Welcome
to Sac. there are a few large asian markets including famous Ranch 99 in

If you stay in a Folsom hotel (e.g. The Larkspur Landing Folsom, which i
booked), you'll be entitled to stay in the Folsom hospitality tent before
the race in the morning (12/4). It's a warm tent w privatetoilets. I ran my
first marathon last year CIM and just happened to stay in Folsom and found
the'secret'. Last year the weather was great. But I could imagine it would
have made a great difference if the weather was bad. |

true that Roseville, Rocklin and Folsom are cities. but they are all
located toward east side of Sac metro. Roseville and Rocklin belong to
placer county, Folsom belongs to Sac county. It is defined by Highway
directions 80 East to Reno ( Roseville and Rocklin) and 50 east to Lake
Tahoe
(Folsom) what you mention east sac is Sac metro. most time locals call it

发帖数: 195 | 27 要搬来Sacramento了，工作地点会在Natomas，99/5和80交界附近。有一个小孩要上
kindergarten了，希望住在好学区。做了一下功课，发现Roseville,Rocklin，或者
Folsom学区都不错，但是都离工作地点比较远。Google map显示不论是沿着80(
Roseville/Rocklin)，还是50 (Folsom)去Natomas在 rush hour traffic都很糟糕，单
程可能要一个小时。
求建议：Roseville/Rocklin与Folsom相比，commute上哪个可能会好点？如果这两个都
不好，请问有什么别的区推荐？Davis太贵估计不会考虑。

I wrote the thing and I can tell you that yes, these results are pretty much
crap. I incorrectly used Folsom, the project I used to collect the stats.
Folsom is meant for realtime monitoring and not what I used it for. It only
keeps 60 second windows of the data it produces. That means all times prior
to the fine 60 second window was thrown out.
