发帖数: 228 | 6 这个offer不错了，据我所知在folsom entry level phd (grade 7) 也就是 85k-90k
base. Intel的base salary 低早就不是啥秘密了。每年有3次bonus, 2 half year
ECBP + year end EB, depends on your target bonus.
比如假设你的base 是80k, 2次ECBP差不多有一个月的薪水，6500
假设你的taget bonus是 1500, 今年的multiplier 是 4， EB=1500x4=6000.
total compensation = 80k + 6500 + 6000 = 92.5k
每年还给RSU, around 300 shares, valued at 6000 now
so total should be around 100k, not bad for MS. |

Hillsboro，Folsom，Chandler, Austin这些小地方，生活成本比湾区和西雅图低的不
是一点半点。
，最后跳到google或者MS去养老我觉得也好过Intel。 |

收入AMD一年多5K。
老婆学会计的，可能要去我在的地方找工作，有一个小孩
因为Intel的offer很早就拿到了，所以已经accept了。现在在想要不要去AMD？求建议！

钱的角度这三个我觉得似乎Intel是pay的比较好，base不低，到手bonus也比较多，就是股票不太行。Amazon也不错，sign-on bonus高，呵呵。前景的话，Amazon做的新东西多，但是Intel现在也做很多software的东东。
另外Intel现在主要的职位都在Portland, 湾区并不是很多。

是granite bay， rocklin，这里高中都是十分的，往南elk grove是很多华人聚集的地
方，发展很快，学区还行，但是去davis交通会非常拥挤估计也不会考虑了。这样基本
上除davis外就是东北和西两个大方向commute了，往西会经过downtown交通也比较糟糕
。最好到处看看多问问不同人，有时候中意某个户型的房子也很重要，一般来讲你这个
情况还是有很多人会选davis了 |
