I was doing a search for weightlifting straps and these came up in the
process (anyone have any recommendations on real lifting straps hehe). I
remembered these hit the frontpage back in earlier in the year, so if you
are in need for moving straps here they are again for relatively the same

今天没事把枪拆着玩,忽然发现有个叫forearm retainer的小零件坏了,就是套在
Magazine Tube最后面的那个塑料环(装在return spring的后面),见photo1。
用手指一碰发现中间有个断缝,见下面的photo2.
好像这样装在枪上也能工作,不知道这种小毛病对枪的安全性和射击功能有没有什么影
响?第一次发现枪的问题,所以想问清楚下次再打。

intensity, then you may need take some rest, aat same time, you need forearm
exercise to make your are muscle stronger.......

forearm rotation is a wrong concept for me at all. I pointed it out months
ago.
btw, there are several terms I hate a lot, which is so much misleading, in
my point of view.
one is the wrist/forearm rotation, another is the muscle memory. muscle
memory sounds more like a joke for me.

“上臂不再是high position”,??你想说push阶段把胳膊向下伸直?这不对。你大
概想讨论的是肘什么时候伸直。pull结束,进入push阶段,肘要尽快伸展,手掌尽量垂
直,路线尽量直尽量水平;中指垂直指向池底,或者倾斜指向无所谓,以用的上力为宜
。接近髋部的时候,对于效率优先的游法,靠背的力量继续推动肩向后,手臂完全伸直
;划频优先的游法,或者肩柔韧性不够好的,手臂一伸直,手掌的速度达到最大的时候
,立刻就可以出水。
关于w curve:对于贴身抱水划水推水的路线,肘离身体距离相对固定,随着身体转动
,肘的位置离水面会时近时远。采用vertical forearm的游法,肘离水面的距离相对固
定(越近越好,如果做的到的话),因为身体转动,离身体时近时远。在转体幅度很大
,并且要在恢复臂刚刚出水就开始抱水划水的情况下,做vertical forearm效果不好,
后背难以保持一个平面,阻力增加,动作不稳定。划频高的,可以呼吸侧vertical
forearm,非呼吸侧走近身划水路线;划频低,非动力手臂入水时动力臂划水不超过胸
的,两侧都可以用vertical forearm。

I would take a break from BP and stop doing anything that hurts. Don't worry
about your BP numbers. They will come back up quickly once your wrist is
healthy again.
I injured my left forearm two months ago. I couldn't do curls, rows, pull-
ups or shoulder press. It even hurt when I did low bar squat, but I trained
through the pain anyway. What a mistake! Not only did I not improve my squat
numbers, but also the pain was getting worse. Luckily I had a planned one

仔细想了一下,应该是想两位说的,是forearm的移动。
btw:我现在击出的球有两个问题,
一个是非常高,见高不见远;
另外一个是外偏,原来是外弧线球,现在没有弧线了,就是往瞄准方向30度角走。
自己也不是太清楚是什么问题,
一种可能是转腰不够,
另外一种可能是有一点chopping的习惯,前手外翻的厉害。
不知道高手能不能给指点一下,
换种说法就是我现在用7iron 9iron打出来的球都跟pitching的感觉差不多,
不知道应该怎么纠正一下。

30-06的子弹,本来越校弹着点越向中心靠拢,突然子弹开始无规则的偏离;又打了一
发,the front
guard screw居然掉了下来;本来以为是forearm出了问题,回家一看,front guard
screw被从
中间生生震断了。
把枪拆开以后,最右边的就是front guard screw,透过forearm和receiver前方的ring
连接,
也就是把receiver固定到了forearm上:
震断的地方正好是连接点:
断了的部分还嵌在ring base里面,断裂的茬口还比较平整:
现在的麻烦,得先把断了的部分取出来,然后买个新的换上;怎么把这个断了的部分取
出来?

efficiency. no.1 issue - you are pulling with your palm only. you should
catch water with your palm and forearm. you can pull well only when you
catch well. what an early vertical forearm (EVF) or high elbow tries to
achieve is to unify palm and forearm in the catch phase and increase pulling
surface.

need to improve on your pull. you need to PULL back with ur forearm. right
now your forearm is PUSHING forward when it gets into the water and when you
are trying to reach out and extend ur forearm. that effectively push you
backward and greatly slowed u down watch the video closely you will see
it.
ur kick is fine. i think you should further limit it to even smaller kick.

我每次做 power clean 之后小臂就很酸痛。你手臂有多粗?为什么觉得太粗了,我觉
得如果你不是体脂极低的话,大概只能通过减少体脂来减小臂上部了。
我组间休息一般是喝口水,闲扯几句,帮周围美女目测一下围度,打打分。
脚疼,我觉得,如果是暂时的,一两天就消失了,应该没问题,不用担心

"就是往上拉的同时下身下沉一点就容易多了."这是肯定的,越往下蹲,就越接近squat
clean的技术动作而不是power clean.
干吗要把上臂练细。。。。
组间不要去做什么situp,lunge这种东西。它消耗你core的力量,影响
你的正式组。若要做这些动作,就放在训练最后的部分作。 组间做动态拉伸,或者按
摩肌肉放松,调整呼吸。
为什么会疼,就是因为你已开始没有热身。热身非但不会让你力量减小,而且是帮助你
冲击大分量的。你必须要热身充分,包括有氧,拉伸,小分量的weights,这样
后面才能更好的完成动作。

父亲现在有smoldering multiple myonoma。浆细胞40%,属于 high risk。所以现在在
吃 oral chemo pills 治疗。
首先用的是 lenolidomide (25mg/day)。结果一个半月后身上开始出现 red rash on
his forearm and body trunk. 皮肤科医生认为是药物过敏,但是认为不是太严重,
可以一边涂一些类固醇的 cream 来控制,一边继续吃 oral chemo pill 治疗。但是血
液科的医生坚决要换药。
后来又开始用 thalidomide (200mg/day). 结果一个半月后身上又开始出现 red rash
on his forearm. 估计这次血液科的医生又会要停药。
但是现在已经没有其他的 oral chemo pill 药了。估计接下来要开始用 IV chemo。因
为这个 IV chemo 将会有很大的毒副作用,真的不到万不得已不想用。
不知道这了有没有懂这些的好心人能给些建议。假如在有过敏的情况下继续吃药,是不
是后果很严重?但是皮肤科的医生为什么和血液科的完全不同... 阅读全帖

剩下三天每天30分钟cardio+abs
我感觉这样的强度有点低,我实际的锻炼安排是:
跑步35分钟:6.6 mph起步,每1分钟左右增加0.1 mph,直到9 mph,然后走5分钟。
自行车20分钟,强度大约和7 mph跑步差不多
15分钟拉伸+abs
然后50分钟左右的时间做上述的力量锻炼,总共2小时左右
我现在感觉50分钟的力量锻炼强度不够高,每次睡一觉起来就基本恢复了。如果每周只
锻炼4天,
