发帖数: 54598 | 1 dart诞生的本意是googlers觉得对js的效率优化已经做到极致了
再做下去很难了，但是如果封装成oo的话，还有很大的提升空间
v8和hotspot之父已经不怎么折腾v8了，其工作重心已经放在dart上了
而dart一开始就可以编译成js，这是dart的feature之一
但是一开始因为编译出来的js代码量过大，导致被人嘲笑
就像当初java刚做出来之后，被人嘲笑多次编译到处运行一样
初生的版本总是有各种缺陷，但是dart最近几个版本已经成功缩减了js代码
同时原生的dart代码不经过编译成js就运行的话，会比js快上一倍左右
如果编译成js运行，比用了v8的js代码会快大概10％左右
所以不编译成js的dart明显更有效率，另外就是做dart的目的还不仅仅于此
google打算用dart来搞chromeos上的app，这个就离当初applet的方式很接近了 |

data was collected evenly over time, which lacks proof. Google has hired
many ppl during last couple of yrs with much lower standards; according 2 ur
own logic there could be bursts of new salary data since many of them
cannot become good Googlers.
Given Netflix's "reputation", i don't think choosing Google can only be
money matters. |

distribution没有太大的意义。
Google这几年招进去的人是多，但走的不多。股票涨的好，工资pay的高，公司重视
engineer，work life balance也不错，我自己linkedIn的connections里面Googlers的
比例也是不断上涨。

他说的Go的问题都是实际实践中确实存在的问题。他的结论我不一定赞同，但我尊重他
的arguments。
你看看你说Go有过什么观点？你除了在看tutorial时候发几句不知所云的挠骚以外有什
么point么？
换句话说，你到底明白Go是给谁用的么？
你们说Node多好，前后统一，你可以顾前顾后，上手快，prototype快，startup利器。
这些是大家都明白的东西。但你要说这样的话Node可以统一所有公司的后端，我说这是

v8的作者就是dart的作者
dart编译成js比你手写的js要快
而且dartvm直接干掉v8的效率

coffeescript只能编译成js去跑
作者并没有任何效率优化的经验
所以upper bound不会超过js的upper bound
应该这样问，有了v8和dart，为什么还需要node.js？
一个慢腾腾的玩意，睾丸还被捏在别人手里
dart的本意就是希望googler对于js效率不满意时候的另外一个选择
coffee只是js上的一个套子而已，并不能从本质上优化引擎的效率
而dart可以，lars bak搞优化出身的，水平可不是盖的 |

关于“报价因素”，我确实是这个意思，没有什么不可告人的，因为在计算机行业，有
时候确实是申请人觉得自己准备好了，想试试Google，但是Google的人看了简历以后觉
得机会不大，可能两三成，就不想推了。这个人他就会自己去申请，结果面试都没拿到
，其实公司内部的人，尤其是没当过HM的话，看简历也不是那么准的，Googler觉得简
历不够好，也许申请人通过买到的内推，通过了面试，拿到了offer。你提到“四大内
推是有具体要求的，明知不行，却不告诉应聘者，还要花钱竞价”，这个情况也是非常
四大specific，很多互联网公司和其他的公司并没有这么具体的要求，要求都明确地写
在了job description上，不符合要求的职位，申请人也不会花钱去找人推。
“四大内推建议出价$50左右就行，相当于请帮忙内推的吃顿好的”，这个钱是给付给
