makes sense that 略小于起始分子量 if your 起始分子量 means molecular weight
measured in good solvent. Be very careful with water especially when
silicon column was used. Water damages silicon column and gives bad results.
Phenol column is not sensitive to water.
LiBr is necessary if your molecule has strong polar group such as acid, 两性
高分子 no mater it 带电 or not. LiBr will interrupt intramolecular force

峰出来时候，这一分子量的分子链实际上已经从某一根COLUMN中出来了，而小分子量在CO
LUMN中停留的时间比较长，还不会出来，截取这一段的回收液重新做GPC就只会有第一个
峰。
如果是分离不同组份的POLYMER，你要找到合适的溶剂来溶解某一组份而保证其他的不溶
才行，溶剂的选择恐怕要考虑溶解度参数，来寻找合适的溶剂或者混合溶剂 |

are same. The react and polymerized differently. They think this is because
the end group difference. The did GC and find no difference. So they like an
intern go there to do some GPC and tell the end group difference. It looks
they have a GPC.
They will make discision on this position today or Monday. So can I email them

ROMP),完全重复文献的步骤(Angew Chem Int Ed 2003, 42, 1743).
反应过程一切正常，每5分钟做一次GPC监测,总共30分钟，分散度(PDI)还好，在1.1-1.
2上下。
问题是：在我加入Ethyl Vinyl Ether淬灭反应后，马上将溶液(用滴管)加到过量甲醇
中沉淀，以纯化所得高分子。总共沉淀了两次。之后抽干残余溶剂.这时候再做GPC，分
散度(PDI)竟然涨到2以上，GPC的峰值也下降了，即分子量也下降了。
请问到底是什么原因？是残余的催化剂将分子链切断了？可我是完全照文献重复的呀。

propagation. Of course the system should be "living". If there is termination
reaction, you will see tailing from GPC trace.
If GPC peak looks monomodal and symmetrical but MWD is too broad,

发帖数: 2934 | 41 根据你说的用NMR观测不到端基是可能的，因为homopolymer太多，或者分子量太大。
不知道你具体的polymer是什么，只能做个general的分析。我的建议如下，
1。GPC用UV detector，来比较macroinitiator I和homopolymer B的max波长，如果他
们的max波长不一样就好办了，比如I的max是240， B的max是180。只要用240来做检测
波长，如果生成了A，就可以看到分子量从2000shift到更大的分子量了。
在方法一不work的情况下，先擦一把眼泪，依照方法二重新做一遍synthesis吧，其实
也不难。。
2。做monitoring的polymer synthesis
因为initiator的引发速度是要大于水的引发速度的（不然谁用它？）
因此如果你做monitoring，每隔半个或者一个小时取样做GPC（比如1h，2h，4h，12h）
，polymer A和B会出现在不同的地方，在刚开始比如半个小时的时候你会看到双峰。
homopolymer B的分子量很小，而macroinitiator那部分很大，随着时间的增长这两个
峰 |

要配个多角度激光光散射检测器（MALLS）。我们在选择MALLS的时候，遇到了
Brookhaven和PDI的人，前者说自己在光散射市场占据压倒性优势，而后者则说自己与
Wyate瓜分了美国的光散射市场，由于得到的信息反差非常大。前者提供的机型是BI-
MwA（$40k），而后者提供的机型是PD2020+($70+K)，后者贵得多，但是包括了动态光
散射，而且将来不用再添置dn/dc测定仪了。
这两个设备我都没用过，光看资料都很好，让我无所适从。故来这里向达人求教
：关于市场占有率方面的说法，谁更接近真相？如果你使用过其中一种或两种，有什么

另外， 我只将高分子在MeOH 上沉淀一下。 然后减压抽干
2. 分子量分布问题
我的blockcopolymer gpc curve 上都有拖尾， 导致PDI 大于1.5. 文献上的PDI
都和PCL 段没太大的变化
哪位大侠能帮我分析一下， 万分感激， 毕业就靠这个了。 |
