opening available. It is a contract to hire job, and mostly focusing on PHP+
wordPress, and I believe more on the GUI side. They kind of hoping to have a
more senior level programmer.
Not too sure about the pay, but I believe it is around 65-85 an hour and
probably cannot sponsor (yeah, bad). I am not too sure about the details of
the job and all my friends in this area got job already got a job already.

前一段去湾区 onsite 面试，Hiring Manager是一个35岁左右，很阳光帅气的香港gg。人很nice，当时聊得也挺开
心。于是不知不觉竟然 crush on him了。而且他真的很耐心，面试后每次follow up，他都认真回复，还花了半个多小时
和我打电话，跟我说明现在招人process的大概情况。
虽然知道他做这些只是礼貌，因为lz相貌平平，没什么资本期望更多的东西。但是，还是忍不住的自己想入非非。总
之，我觉得自己好像越陷越深了。
现在搞得自己非常紧张，每天都睡不好觉，就担心拿不到这个offer，失去和他一起工作的机会。更甚是，常常会发呆
做白日梦，想象着各种和他再次相遇的情节，结果整天的精神不振。感觉自己快成花痴了。

了解G的人都知道，其实G家人的水平并不高。
拿老中来说，G家的老中比一般的公司yahoo，vm,oracle高了那么一点点，这显然是刷
题的结果，比facebook差距很大，因为fb注重design，这个不好刷。老美的话，除了少
数知名人物以外，G家老美的水平甚至比一般公司要更差一点。 这和大家认为的G家的
“bar”很高非常矛盾。
首先要搞清楚G是一样什么公司
从根本上说，G是一个广告公司，靠广告赚钱。广告公司最重要的是什么？是吸引眼球
，铺天盖地地宣传G的bar高就是G营销的一种策略，G关心的是是不是有人关注他。至于
人的水平真正高不高是非常次要的。search除了加了点AI的东西也没什么突破的东西，

我早就想就这个问题说两句。在我部门招人，我自己能招人的时候，我都在朋友圈，
MITbbs上贴过。收到不少中国人简历。最最多的是刚毕业的，需要办身份的学生。不是
说公司不能办，但是HR只要有不需要办身份的，就优先考虑。到最后来面试的，反正我
面过的，不是老美就是老印。最后两个职位都招了老印。我因此还和我的头说为什么没
看到老中的简历呢？我老板现在一有老中的简历就发给我。可惜今年招人的名额没有批
下来。
这个不是我要说的重点。我说说我手下新招的两个印度人吧。印度人和中国人相比有几
个明显的不同：
一，非常积极。我都没有分那么多活，人家什么都表示要帮助。也确实积极出活。
二，在有些事情上比中国人要坚持，会坚持。有一个有个会议，有特别多的大头参加，
