I hold H4 visa, and want to open C corp. I am the only owner. Since I can
not work for my company, I have to hire CEO (GC or Citizen) to work for my
company. and then I will hire some staff in china.
CEO will only workk 2 hours per week, staff in china will work 10 hours per
week. I will give 1099 to CEO at the end of year

能是台湾或者香港人。和他电话面试之后让我on site. 我和他的秘书订了月末飞过去
。过了几天这个华人打电话给我，告诉我最好能尽早来，因为有两个candidate 月中就
会面试，去晚了会很不利。我就赶紧和他秘书改了时间。今天他又打电话，和我说了我
电面时的一些问题，比如对于自己的thesis 太humble ，应该吹的狠一点。看得出他很
想帮我。不管最后能不能进这个公司，我都决定把这个manager 帮助自己人的美德传播
出去，等我能招人的时候也尽力帮助华人。 |

假招工广告来证明你的工作无法在国内找到合适人才，那可能有点问题。这个你可能得
问问律师。
不过话说回来，perm的招工广告都是假广告，根本就是演场戏。关键看hr愿不愿意演这

每个小时拿的是州最低工资8刀，站着工作一天很累的
因为LG的老板funding出现问题，他要有几个月拿不到工资，所以我必须有工作养家才
行，可是我在美国没有工作经历，又housewife了一年多，只有这种seasonal hire肯要
我，所以也只能从这种低级体力工干起 |
